They were a better update to the last model i had and more compact which was nice

I would have given this item a 5 but the battery doesn't stay charged very long. I like the style, the feel, the voice quality and that you can block annoying callers.

we bought this to replace our current system at the arts center that was over ten years old and having its problems. We have the following comments after using it for three weeks: Excellent – much clearer. And it has an intercom function so upstairs can just buzz downstairs without having to pull out someone’s cellphone to call. And the docents like the big clear numbers on the handsets, which are holding charges for more than 20 minutes. Altogether a fine purchase. s.

This phone system replaced an AT&T that made you wait for the "Line In Use" message to go away after you've hung up a call before it would let you call out again which could take up to 30 seconds and was very annoying. This new Panasonic works great! No issues, easy to set up, the sound comes in clear as a bell and I love it. It has proven to be a great choice.

Overall, this is a very good to excellent phone/answering system, and I LOVE the call-blocking features -- including automatic blocking of robocallers. However, there are a few features that make it somewhat annoying. First, it will occasionally block calls from friends and family (even after they have been entered in the phone's "phonebook"). This requires a manual unblock, and an apology to my friend/family member/doctor. Second, if you link it to your cellphone, which is a generally-beneficial feature, the phone doesn't allow for permanent muting of text message notifications. By this, I mean that although you may have disabled this feature, every time you re-pair the two phones via bluetooth, or leave the house with the cellphone and then re-enter within bluetooth range, the feature automatically comes back on, forcing a manual defeat of this feature. Getting verbal notifications of text messages in the middle of the night that echo throughout the house via 4 handsets and the base unit can be very jarring. Other than the annoyances noted above, this is a good phone system, with some excellent features (particularly the call-blocking ones), and very good clear voice quality.

Easy to set up and make calls. Light weight ,love the clip. Answer machine easy set up. Lot of options.

My elderly Mom likes the larger display. She has to remember how to find her contacts, but she's happy with the phones. Thanks!

Bought and installed this for my 80 yr old grandma. It’s very simple to use. You just plug in the phone cable then plug in the power and it’s set. I’m glad these still exist because nowadays a lot of home phones run on WiFi which isn’t always an option for older folks. The other handsets just plug into the wall outlets and whatever information is programmed into one phone is picked up through the signal and programmed into the other handsets so you only need to enter the date/time and phone book one time in order to access it from the other phones.

Love the blocking system for telemarketing calls. Excellent phones and works very well. Having trouble saying 50 words about this system. Over the years we have had to replace phones for new options on the phones.

I had an old Panasonic cordless phone system that I bought at Best Buy many years ago. It finally wore out so I bought this one. It was very easy to hook up and set up the answering machine. It is working perfectly!

Just got them working, so far so good. The batteries were not charged when they arrived so wound up charging over night. Every thing seems to be going as advertised.

This phone system replaced a Panasonic phone system that we bought in Oct 2002 (yes, it was 2002). We loved that system but felt like it might be on its last legs battery-wise. We had a somewhat hard time finding a battery for the base handset about 7 years ago, so decided to go with a new set. This new set is ok, but not sure about it (how could we after having and loving the old one for more than 18 years). Also, we use our cell phones more often than the landline. After setting it up, we've gotten a lot of phantom calls where no one is on the other end... it's weird.

The clarity is very good. I love the answering service part and the phones are in every room. Intercom works well.

Painless hookup, immediate functionality, and good appearance

I bought this to relace the similar system of the same brand that I had purchased in 2003. I decided to upgrade to a newer system when I realized that 3 replacement batteries for the old one cost almost as much as a new system. I charged the phones overnight and skimmed though the manual to see if anything was vastly different than what I was used to. It all works pretty much the same. The nexy day, I plugged the new system into the phone line, recorded a message, set the date and time and was up and running in less than 10 minutes. I'm pleased with the price, ease of set up, convenience of use and overall ooeration.

I have always trusted this brand and have not been disappointed with these phones. Good price and not a lot useless features.
