POOR BATTERY LIFE

Posted .Hi, Carole! This model has Intercom. You need to press MENU > go to Intercom > press SELECT. The instructions are included in the operating manual. -M
Break easily

One stopped working completely when dropped from not very high up and the headset plug on the other stopped working early on. They're simple and clear, but because of the quality, I can't say I'd recommend these to anyone.
