So far, the product seems to be working as it should. We like the Call Block feature as it allows us to screen and then put the phone number in a 'blocking' mode. We haven't had a chance to see if it really works as some companies seem to have multiple robotic phone services. Sort of like trying to kill cockroaches; where there's one there are a thousand others. But, of course, since they are communication cockroaches, it's much less messy to push the Call Block button.

This is a very nice phone set. This replaces my previous Panasonic phone set. I love the features on it. The volume is good and the sound is crystal clear.

Our new Panasonic expandable cordless phone system was easy to install. All five units are working perfectly. We Love the size and lighting behind the numbers and keys. All features work as we were informed.

This system is just what we needed. It works very well and has very clear sound, is easy to set and operate.

We absolutely love them! We have not had any problems with them, they block out all the unwanted soliciting calls and they have great features!

We bought this because it blocks 1,000 numbers - a must have feature for us. It was easy to pair our cell phones and download those phone books. However you need to read the instructions because this system has a lot of cool features which are not intuitive. Well worth the higher price. Looks good too. We bought the additional handset.

Clear with good volume. Setup was easy if you read the documentation (its very flexible so there are a lot of options). The handsets are larger than the 12 year old Panasonic system it replaces. The eco mode works for about 30 feet through one wall. I found that you can see the last 10 or so numbers that called in a useful feature. The fact that it will run w/o wall power for a period is useful if you connect it to the traditional land line since those will work even if their is a power failure. Its nice that if uses the speakerphone when it has to self-power so you have effectively three units to run it during an extended power outage. The ability to use a wired headset was the deciding factor for me.

Love these phones. We had something like this from them before, but when they finally died after many years we got Vtech. Hated those so we went to Best Buy and bought these. Exactly what we were looking for.

The large LCD screen is a big improvement. Much easier to navigate the menu. The larger buttons also make it easier to use and less likely to misdial a number. the sound quality is great. This phone has many features that my older Panasonic phone didn't have. I will be using most of them. This model's handsets seems to be more substantial than the model sold at Costco. Very pleased with this phone.

The new Panasonic phones that I just bought are 100% perfect for me. It is very easy to use, play your messages, and find telephone numbers, etc. These phones compared to the last phones, is no comparison, these are Great!

Basically, so far, so good. I haven’t had time to set up many of the options that are available, but its doing what I want a phone to do. Eliminating Scam calls is very easy. If I had a knock against the system, it would be volume is a problem. At times (frequently) it is hard to hear callers, even with the volume controls at their highest point.

Easy to understand controls, call block feature with memory for storing call block numbers. I reduced my spam calls by 80% over the last 30 days.

This phone is just great, do not hesitate if you need one to consider this

This the 3rd Panosonic residential multiple phone I have boughr over many years. Fits our needs directly. Only complaint is with instructions to register each hand unit as an intercom number for calling within the house. It not rhere under registering the unit number for call internally. Previous models had easy program instructions!

This is an excellent, expandable landline phone. It has a speakerphone, a phone locator, automatic call blocking for solicitors, spoken caller ID, and many more.

System is easy to set up and works well. Great system for the price. Ability to block 1000 calls is a real plus

I’m glad I bought that phone. Best phone I ever had. Easy to use , caller I’d sounds clear so I can hear who’s calling.

Easy to set up, newer features than our previous phones

I purchased these for my in-laws who are in their 80's. The large LCD screen is easy for them to read. They love the fact that the system "talks to them" to tell them who is calling so they don't have to pick up the handset to see who it is. Sound quality is also very good, both in the handset and speaker phone. Knocking off one star since the automatic configuration of the time is an hour off (early), regardless of resetting it and trying different settings.

last phones i had lasted 16 years,these are really an upgrade over older phones.not a bad price.easy to set up and use.
