everything worked out as I was told. This is the first time that I ordered appliances from Best Buy and the sales staff and the installers were absolutely great. The appliances arrived on time and the installers did a super job including vacuuming where the old appliances were.

Phone system is fine, easy to set up and use. Simply put - it does what it is intended to do. Got great value on it with an American Express special offer through BestBuy.com ($50 back on purchase over $50).

Operating instructions are not clear Menue is hard to use the sound is very clear and the distance from the master unit is good

We have consistently purchase this brand and style for a reason. Easy to set up and use. The charge does not seem to last long but that is why we have three. This is a good system with good reception throughout the house.

Had to replace the old phones and decided on these. Seem to be just what we needed.

This is a very nice product. In addition, to visual caller ID the product provides audio ID also. We have not experienced any reception loss when moving further distance from the base station and battery life is good. I also like that you can add additional telephones if needed.

Replacment for older phones. Works great. Good feature is individual phones can be named.

The multiple hand sets and price point are a plus. But, battery life is not the greatest. If left off the charging unit for several hours, it will alarm “low battery, low battery” until you get up in the middle of the night to place it on the charger. Additionally, when a number is dialed in, if you don’t hit the dial function just right, the phone will dial, but the call does not go thru. Otherwise, it’s fine.

I purchased this Panasonic phone system at the Best Buy store and read all the details. Setting up the system was very easy. Once charged, all the phones and answering machine work efficiently. The voice quality from the answering machine is perfect. Messages are clearly understood.

I needed some new landline phones and these phones serve their purpose for me. They were price within what I was looking for and since I have been using them they work very good.

Many people don't use landline phones, we do and this Panasonic phone system is our third set. Its nice that the learning curve is nil, since it just like others. I like that.

Phone has ability to block unwanted calls and some other nice features. Have had a Panasonic land line phone for over 10 years before it finally died, they’ve been reliable and hold up well. Only wish it had more ring tone choices.

This is my 2nd set my 1st I could have the phone off the charger for a day before it would be down a bar, this set 6 hours and it's down a bar, however it works very well. I do recommend this.

This is our third (5) Panasonic Cordless Phone System. This is a great solution to an overall household land line system. The Intercom system on the phone is quite useful! Best Buy is a great resource for products both in-store and with on-line delivery. Great service and quick response if there is a problem!!!

Exactly what was needed. Love the call block feature that keeps annoying solicitors at bay. The ring tone, however, bothers my dog who howls whenever the phone rings regardless of which tone is selected.

My parents needed a new home phone. The buttons were large & the phone is very user friendly. Easy to program contacts into the phone too!
