nice replacement for my old phone

Phone is clear and has decent volume. Easy to read screen. Instructions could be better and adding contacts a little tedious. All in all a good choice.

Not Improving With Age

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Phones are just fine…they’ll do…Have had a Panasonic phone system for 10 plus years and was expecting this newer version with 10 years of technological advancements to be as good or better…unfortunately, that’s not the case - range is less than before and sound quality isn’t as good - especially the good ol’ dial tone - sounds like it’s coming out of a tin can - after all the set up involved, just decided to live with it…

Posted .Thank you for the feedback! You can increase the volume by pressing MENU # 160 on a handset > press the arrow up repeatedly to increase the volume > press SAVE. As for the range, please be informed that it can vary depending on the environmental conditions in which they are used. Keep in mind that walls, interference, and other factors can affect the range and signal quality. Factors such as the construction materials of your home or office, the presence of other electronic devices, and interference from nearby wireless networks can all impact the effective range of a cordless phone. -M

Great for adding a headset.

This enables me to do mindless activities like fold clothes and open mail while I am on the phone. I wonder why all of the Panasonic‘s don’t have this feature. You have to look very closely on the side of the phone for the plug-in hole.

Great for mom

Her old phones were just that, old. Now she can have a base in the kitchen and her sitting room as well as her bedroom. She only had two phones before, so this is even better.
