Used the CD first, but installation was incomplete. Used the online method to finish the installation. Save time and aggravation and skip the CD. Just need a user manual.

You can block calls but must pick up the receiver, push talk button then press block button. Also you have to push talk button to answer the phone. Nothing intuitive. I have to reread the main unit to play and delete messages.

Regarding your concern, you don't need to press TALK to block a number; simply press CALL BLOCK, and you're all set. Additionally, we've designed the TALK button to be easily identifiable for making or answering calls, highlighted in green for added clarity. To erase messages, you can conveniently use the ERASE button on the base. We hope these features contribute to a more intuitive experience! -M

Replaced 11yr old Panasonic system with new one

The handsets are not as comfortable or contoured as my older set. Don't like that when selecting a phonebook name I have to depress buttons more often than previously. Haven't set up the cell connection yet. Seems slightly more complicated than I had hoped, but will get to it one day. Overall an OK set, just wish my old one hadn't worn out.
