Can not be more easy on instruction on some features like set more ringing time to answering calls

Always buy the panasonic phones. They work the best and last the longest

Set up directions not easy to follow for senior citizens. Directions should be separated for each model.

We had Panasonic prior to this phone and were very happy with the quality and performance. The phone was 10 years old and had a small dark screen and I needed a screen that could be seen easily. This phone has a large bright screen with a large font that can be seen easily even in the dark. If a number is in the phone book it will announce who's calling. It's works great and meets all our needs.

This land line phone set up was great for my grandmother who prefers landline.

The phones have all the bells and whistles, from call blocking to intercom. Too bad they have virtually useless range of outdoor signal. Further, because the phone repeats the signal from the base, it causes any electronic entry you make on an active call to stutter... in other words, if you're asked to enter your phone number using the key pad, it will repeat numbers like it's stuttering. This is not only annoying but impossible to conduct business by phone when you're required to use the key pad to relay any information. It's been costly to me in time, and financially as well. I would not purchase these phones again.

The block call feature was a little complicated at first but it was one of the reasons for getting this phone. Once I understood what to do it was just what I wanted.

Love the phones but we need a sixth handset, We cant just buy a sixth hand set. We can only buy a full set with the main phone.

I have been using Panasonic cordless phones and they have been reliable and well made. These are no exception.

Not particular regarding phones as long as it has clarity and not required to wash windowsill do the vacuuming. Otherwise, make it simple yet current.

The batteries will not hold a charge for long. They last no longer than 24 hours with little use.
