The speaker phone is a little raspy. Sometimes hard to understand the person on the other side. Also, sometimes when you dial, it takes 30 seconds to connect.

I really love this phone set. Lots of options but it doesn’t seem like the batteries last as long as they should. All in all I’m satisfied.

good phone but the battery on the phone dies way to quick

Easy purchase, friendly helpful staff. No complaints whatsover.

Phones can not be left off the charger more than 8 hours are the battery is dead. Also, the" talk" and the "off" buttons are too small and hard to see.

At 80 years old my wife and I were unable to set phone system. We reached out to Panasonic and Verizon but not successful. After we went to all the trouble when we went back to our prior phone system and we now have a message for a new voicemail. But when we try to clear it doesn’t clear. All our prior phone systems were Panasonic. We are not sure we want to purchase another Panasonic system. If you can help us we would appreciate your help.

I replaced my older Panasonic phones with this newer version. The ear receivers work well, but the speaker mode is not as good as the older version. The speaker is not as clear nor as crisp as the older phone.

Not sure if keeping, doesn’t always have good sound.

better than most of the junky phones you see at Mr Waltons-Mart

Phone arrived yesterday. Phones arrived all loose in an opened box w/o any packing. Instructions were missing. The box had been taped, opened, and then retaped after the phones had been tossed back into the box. The phones had either been used or returned for some unknown reason. The phones were not new. Best Buy's quality control should not be trusted. I was unable to obtain a refund without visiting a Best Buy store; because of my age I no longer drive. So I am stuck with a defective product with no hope of obtaining a refund. Beware.

This phone set is exactly what was needed for the household.

just set it up, gift for Christmas will be in touch if there are any problems
