The instructions are not the best. Had a similar AT&T phone combination which was much simpler and better instructions.

Reception and volume are strong via phone or speaker. Directions are clear and easy to follow on phone screen for message retrieval, phonebook data, etc. Phone gies on sale too.

One stopped working completely when dropped from not very high up and the headset plug on the other stopped working early on. They're simple and clear, but because of the quality, I can't say I'd recommend these to anyone.
