I replaced Brand X, which died on me. I had it less than one year & the guarantee was so strict that I didn't bother getting a refund. No more Brand X. These units were more powerful & you could hear with them much louder & clearer. I will buy Panasonic from now on...

The sound quality, functions, ease of use, etc. are all great on this phone system. The three star rating is because the extension handsets often will not connect with the base and are rendered unusable. I had an earlier version of this very system for seven years, and it worked perfectly until the handsets started dying one by one due to age. I called Panasonic, and they told me that it had to do with interference from walls, microwaves, etc., but could not explain to me why an older system worked perfectly in the exact same locations.

Very easy set up, good price, great features ! I would recommed these phones to all.

My phones are great. Took some time to adjust . I wish I could erase messages from the phones.

A little difficulty with instructions in the beginning. Like features. Our former set we had for 15 years was a Panasonic and preformed very well.

dex 10 is easy to hear. it was easy to set up. the buttons are large.

Needed to replace the wireless phones and these were a snap to set up. Good sound and plenty of features.

I needed to upgrade my phones. This was the best panasonic that has the features we had on our older panasonic. But this had the number of extra phones for the rooms we needed to cover.

I bought this phone for the plastic finish that won't rub off, like my former painted ones did. The larger numbers are helpful. The volume settings are too low: I have to put the phone on speaker to hear clearly, and I have excellent hearing. The setup instructions for some features are difficult to follow: call blocking, for example.

Overall happy with the phone. However, with so many functions on the phone it would be helpful if the printed instructions were more step by step and in greater detail.

Good system has great looks,good bell and whistles,price was good also.The only problem I found was after about 6 months the batteries need to be charged more often.This is when used or not.The good thing is it will let you know when the battery is low[like at 5:00am].

I had this system once before. It died an early death from a power spike that got through a very old UPS that should have been replaced a long time ago. I had replaced it with a Panasonic model that turned out to be an unsatisfactory system, lacking many of the features the AT&T system had. I returned the Panasonic and purchased another AT&T system after one week of using the Panasonic.

The item is great I like how it let me know who calling and when the battery are low
