This was a replacement for an older Panasonic phone I had enjoyed for many years. Set up was easy. Call Block Button - every phone should have this! I went though the entire weekend with out a robo caller. Amazing. Another great feature is the Noise Reduction & EQ settings. This made the calls sound like the person was right there and zero outside noise. Wow. Now I wish I got these phones a long time ago.

The phone set has a lot of interesting features, but some I really don’t need or would use. I have had Panasonic phones in the past and they were very good phones. The sound quality is fair to poor and the volume could be better. Received a cell phone message that was difficult to hear, but if the unit little more volume it would have been great. The backup power system is a great idea, but most people nowadays have their phone connected to their modem and if it doesn’t have a battery backup then the phones won’t work. Use of the voicemail system is okay and I might need to read the manual a little closer, but it provides the date of the message at the end of the message so you have to listen to the entire message to know when it was sent. I would not recommend this phone to a friend.

I wish I could give a negative star review. Everything about these stinks! I don't even know where to start. I purchased them for my senior parents. They like have multiple phones to reach out to. After installing everything, they told me that the answering machine volume is so bad that they can't hear the message. I tried increasing the volume to max and it barely did anything. Useless!!! I then reached out to Panasonic customer service and received an email back from someone I'm pretty sure was located in a different country who asked me for my address, etc. And why is my personal information relevant for an inferior product? So mad! I tried returning to Best Buy, but they said "no" because it was outside of its return window. Absolutely no resolution to this problem. I didn't even want a refund. I just wanted to swap out for another model with better volume.

Home phone switched from Verizon landline to Xfinity voice, so couldn’t use old hardwired phones anymore. The new Panasonic base is plugged into the cable/voice router and has great regular and speakerphone function. Plus range for handsets is excellent throughout our home which is 60 yr old plaster and lathe walls, so not always easy to get signals throughout our house.

Great reception. I was concert about the phone in my basement, which is cement. The reception is clear.

New phone works as it should. Love it. Everybody should get this one.

It has nice features, like: announcing who’s calling; the feel of the rubber key pad is nice and grippy; the backlight is helpful without being intrusive; and the information /data is easy to read on the display screen. I’m glad I purchased Panasonic product.

This was the second time I had to replace AT&T phones with Panasonic phones.

Great phone that block unnecessary annoying calls. Put important numbers in my directory. There’s a video on utube for some extra help in setting up which I did go to.

The best phone I've had to yet. I am able to block numbers now and in the future. I highly recommend.

Great phone(s) for 90-year old Nanny - big, clear display and the voice announcement of who is calling helps Great Grandma prepare for the call.

Great product, easy to use and program. Just what we needed.

I originally bought an AT&T phone system, similar with this one. It was filled with problems. Hated it. I went back to Panasonic. As usual, always go back to Best Buy.

This is a great tool for my mother and I. This system allows us to have a phone in every area in our home. This allows my mother to call me from her room using the intercom mode on the phone. This also allows me to easily reach out for a phone device, since these devices are all over our home.
