The sound of a recever is too low, not clear enough. The batteries do not hold a charge for more than two hours and it seems that they have reached the end of their expiration date. I thought this store only sells top quality products, but I was wrong. Thus it is going back to the Best Buy store.

Easy setup, nice quality phone set.

It comes with a prerecorded message or you can create your own. The ring for incoming calls can be adjusted to a high or low level, which I've never been able to do with prior landline sets. Prior sets were always so loud, this one is now low and soft. The hand units also easily adjust high or low for varying hearing abilities. I am very pleased with this product.

I like they us normal rechargeable batteries and not a proprietary battery pack. I purchased this because I could not get replacement batteries for my old phones.

Very nice and functional phone system.
