This is the second KC-TGE645M DECT 6.0 system that we have purchased at Best Buy. We returned the first one because of similar problems. The issue is that very often the auxiliary phone units do not connect with the phone base. The phone does not ring, and you must try to put it back in the cradle several times before it finally makes contact with the system. I do not know what the issue is, but the base simply does not always allow for the connection of the phone in order to work properly. It is very frustrating to hear the phone ring someplace else in the house and not be able to hear it at the one nearest you, nor have it work when you pick it up. I constantly have to put it back in the base in order for it to work. And then it will not ring there when a call comes in later. ??? I would appreciate some assistance from Panasonic re this matter.

I purchased these for my parents who use their landline. It was really easy to set up and it was great there is the main base with answering machine and 3 cordless phones you can place anywhere in the house that has an outlet. What’s also great is that the caller ID will say the callers name out loud when the phone rings. I’m happy with this purchase.

I truly love the phones. My cat likes them also. He loves pawing them to the floor. HAHA

Very nice phones. Love the feature that blocks calls and that it shows Spam when you are getting a spam call.

The Panasonic KX-TGE633M is a satisfactory phone. I didn't research before purchasing so it functions as stated. The sound quality is a bit tinny - echoy sounding at times. The phonebook is limited to 100 saved numbers with 16 character names. I previously had the KX-TGE274S link2cell for 6 years. One of its handsets stopped working and the buttons on a second were also beginning to fail. There is also and issue where it intermittently prevents my conversation from being heard by the person I've called or who has called me. It still occurs with the new phone.

Love the Call Block. But the phone digits do not light up like I thought they would. No instructions as to how to fully operate so there are functions I do not know how to operate. consequently, for the price, I would have preferred written manual, phone should light if you are trying to make a call at night with lights off.

We bought this because it blocks 1,000 numbers - a must have feature for us. It was easy to pair our cell phones and download those phone books. However you need to read the instructions because this system has a lot of cool features which are not intuitive. Well worth the higher price. Looks good too. We bought the additional handset.

The phone was easy to set up and I was able to set up through out my home.

When it was time for new landline phones, we were recommended Panasonic. We were not disappointed. They sound amazing.

pho ne is very good, the only thing I have a problem with is changing the day. It will say Sunday, when it really Monday, alway a day behind.

Son set it up and so far works well, once in awhile there is a problem with the volume not being loud enough.

These phones work well, and have features other phones do not have---like, they announce who is calling so we can decide whether to take time for the call or not. They allow you to block 250? calls. They also verbally call to you when the battery in one of the handsets is low. I am not losing the phones as much, now since the handset calls to me before it runs out totally. The quality of the calls are also good.

Meets the needs of home phone and more with the features you expect. Construction feels solid and fits well in cradle. Readable display. Easy set up.

I like the phone. I’m not sure if it was the phone or my ATT service. But I could not get a dial tone after having them for about 2 months. I could call out but could not receive calls. I unplugged all phones and it worked.

I would have given it a 4 star rating, but the dial tone is the most annoying sound I've ever heard on a telephone. Really cheap speaker is my guess. I've owned Panasonic telephones for around 30 years or more, and this is truly the most annoying. One other thing is that the display on one of the phone isn't perfectly square...minor, but noticeable. Other than that, they are working as they should so far. I had to mark whether I would I recommend this to a friend or not. I picked yes, but as long as you don't mind the annoyance.

I needed a new land line telephone and decided to try Panasonic with an answering machine and 2 extra phones. Love having the extra phones for other rooms in the house! Detailed instructions on use and assembling also.

This was a great purchase, very convenient store location, great item, easy to install and very reliable
