And friends tell me I sound a lot better now. It was pretty much plug and play, as far as set up. Of course there are additional things i will do in setting up more features, but these worked fine from day one. Very pleased. They were not the cheapest choice, but you get what you pay for, and I am satisfied I got value for the purchase price.

Battery not so great

As with a lot of newer products, it doesn't seem as good as the older one. While it says standby time can be up to 5 days, I get maybe 2 at best. Seems more sensitive to have static on the call. Very easy to setup and some good features, just battery life is no good. Must leave on charger.

Had no problem with the old (The greatest phone system I ever had) and hope to have the same with the new.

Panasonic cordless phones - old school, like me

They work very well and set up isn't hard but I can't find how to listen to message while it records. Maybe missing something or it's not an option.

The feature that allows you to listen to messages while they are recorded is only available for the messages left on the built-in answering system of the phone. You can activate the feature by pressing MENU # 310 and choosing the ON option. These steps will have to be performed for each cordless phone. -G

My New Phones

Good system for the price

Tried to buy new rechargeable batteries at local Best Buy, they do not carry any replacement batteries. Really??!!
