I previously had this similar phone system that I replaced and messages received were flashing on the home base.

Used the CD first, but installation was incomplete. Used the online method to finish the installation. Save time and aggravation and skip the CD. Just need a user manual.

New home phone in our family houses!

It’s was definitely a needed upgrade and it’s features are amazing!! Block caller. Called ID. Easy to save contacts. Easy install and set up. As well as turn up the volume on side of the phone. When shes on the phone she can see whos calling in.

Phone system has great features

I found it easy to program the various features to meet my needs. I use my service provider's answering system so I can't speak to that.

Love the call block feature which can be used while the call is in progress....nice! You can also link it to your cell but I have not tried it yet. Overall it's a great product.
