    I purchased this phone system last October 2020 and they worked great - ring tone, caller ID feature and announcement of calls were excellent. It is not even a year later, and you can only hear one of the phones ring, no more announcement of calls, regular callers aren't even showing up on ID. I checked ring tones on all phones and they were on as high as they could go. I don't know why the caller I.D. features stopped identifying even my children when they call. Extremely disappointed that I have to replace my phone system less than I year after purchase.

    It's hard to give 5 stars to something as routine as an ink cartridge. As far as I can tell, it's the same as all the other Canon cartridges and it works. I don't trust aftermarket cartridges, so it's good to be able to get Canon cartridges at Best Buy.

    Disappointed. I have been buying PANASONIC PHONES FOREVER AT LEAST 30 YEARS. This is the first one that the speaker phone is just o.k. it has a bit of static. It was the only one that had extra phones that seemed like a better quality then others; I didn't need 5 phones three would have been plenty but I liked the base and it was suppose to be a step up from the others. It is not that great I have never disliked any of my PANASONIC PHONES BUT THIS ONE IS ONLY O.K. I LOVE SAMSUNG IT IS THE ONLY TELEVISION I WILL BUY ALL OF MY SAMSUNG HAVE LASTED FOREVER THROUGH MOVING AND EVERYTHING ELSE. IF SAMSUNG EVER STARTS MAKING CORDLESS PHONES FOR THE HOME GOODBYE PANASONIC.

    Working with the BB personnel was great. They were knowledgeable & efficient. The product was advertised well & is living up to its advertisement. It was easy to install & the product is all we hoped for. There are lots of bells & whistles that we don’t know how to use but really don’t have to either. It’s a great product.
