I had owned a Panasonic expandable cordless phone system with answering machine for 15 yrs. Naturally when it was time to replace it I didn't hesitate to purchase the Panasonic KX-TGF775s which was a major improvement with added features. My favorite is the block button located conveniently beneath the digital screen. I get many robocalls and its very easy to block unwanted numbers permanently! Panasonic in my book has a proven track record so no worries with this product.

We really like the fact that the back lit is white and very easy to see. The information on the display is large and easy to read. The voices on the callers are clear. The setup went very smoothly. Compared to our old phones (V-Tech) these are wonderful. We do not use the answering machine, as we have voice mail, but the screen on it's display when a call is received is also very easy to read.

The phones are easy to hook up. They are certainly a good buy for the money and Best Buy was at least $30 cheaper than Sams Club, They only downside is that there is a humming on the line. It does not interfere with conversation, but can be annoying at times.

Great functioning cordless phone set. Sound is crystal-clear. Lots of great features. Only one negative I can think of - the only blinking light to indicate message(s) is on the base unit. My old Panasonic set had a light that blinked on all the handsets to let you know you had a message.

The system gives you complete functionality. The speakerphone on the main unit is wall mountable. The portable handset are light and have great sound characteristics. Volume controls on all units. Perfect for our kitchen and all satellite sites. The answering machine records clear and missed call feature is great.

This Panasonic Phone System is good so far. No complaints, other than I am still trying to get familiar with all of the programs the system offers. I do like that now the Block calls that I programmed are blocked for good , and the phone no longer rings throughout the day with Spam calls. Good Riddins to them !!!!
I do highly recommend this phone. You will not be disappointed.

I love this phone! I wear hearing aids and have consistently had trouble understanding callers on cordless phones. This phone has lets me hear without begging callers to call me back on my cell phone where the audio is piped into my hearing aids. The call-blocking feature is also nice. If there were one very minor thing I'd ask the software engineers to do is enable the base unit to play the outgoing message aloud as it is being played for a caller. So, 5-plus stars for Panasonic for this phone.

I needed a home syaten with good range fro mb one side of the house to the opposite side.
The system was very easy to set up and the signal strength is great. Each handset has a speaker and announces the incoming call and we can do intercom from one unit to another. Great value.

This is a really good house phone. I found LAN Lines have an overall better reception and ease of use than a cell phone, especially hands free/speaker. (I am including the most recent cell phones.)
The only problem with this phone is that there are many, many advanced technical settings/options which made setup confusing. I am still having difficulty figuring out some settings, which are not too clear in the instruction booklet (at least not that I can tell).
Overall, I really like the phones.

The system does a good job overall as far as answering calls, taking and delivering messages, and blocking unwanted calls, as well. The instruction booklet, however, is a cluttered mess when it comes to cellular calls coming into the system, and for so many other menu instructions, too. Lots of trial and error moments regarding storage and erasures of certain phone numbers.

I bought this phone as a replacement for my previous Panasonic phone mainly because it was similar in design and came with 5 handsets in the box. Oddly enough, my old phone set has similar problems to this new one but I thought that was just due to the old phone getting old and damaged over time.
This Panasonic has a battery life that is horrible with a phone not lasting over 24 hours if it is not kept on the charger. Sometimes I find out that the phone wasn't actually charging even though I thought if was pushed all the way on to the charger. I shouldn't have to worry about truly perfect positioning when I place the phone on the charger or base.
The battery life problems are worse now that I have to work from home (and be on the phone constantly) due to the pandemic. I always keep a second phone with me to switch to as soon as it tells me that the battery is dying. It has five handsets so that is doable but playing Musical Chairs with my phone is frustrating.
Also, the speaker volume just does not seem to be as loud as I have had with previous phones and sometimes the handset says that the base cannot be found (with a different phone connecting fine).
The answering machine seems to work fine and I guess it works as a phone most of the time. I'm just not pleased with it but I was desperate for a replacement phone system that could arrive fast from Best Buy. My phones for my home and office have been Panasonics for the past 15-20 years but I will now probably avoid Panasonic in the future.

Good Quality-Difficult to Program

We purchased this unit to replace an older Panasonic system due to the batteries wearing out....the cost of new batteries for all the phones made buying a new system cost effective.
The phones work well..the dial tone sounds very muffled and takes a bit to get used to...the major problem is the difficulty in getting to your missed calls...you have to punch in four digits to get your missed calls...and other functions also take many digit punches to make them work..
It is a good phone system...but in reality many of the functions are so difficult to use that you will not use them very often.

We replaced out aging phone(s) with this package. Our old equipment was down to the last surviving handset and the battery wasn't holding much charge, The Panasonic package gave us the basics, plus we now have an assigned handset for each employee so no more worries about transmitting colds (or worse) on a shared handset.
All the features we use (and admittedly, there are a lot of things you might want that we'll never use, like the cell phone interface) were easy to set up. My only quibble is that the handsets don't have a dedicated "HOLD" button. There's a soft MUTE feature ready when in use, but no hold button (even though there is one on the base unit) and the soft HOLD is buried in a menu. (?!)
We use this in a retail store with one phone line. In a home, it should serve everyone's needs, and the extra features might appeal to many. If you need a second line, the ability to Bluetooth a cell phone and use that line on all handsets is helpful, but if you have a second landline, this phone can't address it. Overall fine for most purposes, but smacks of shoving a barrel of features in to try to please everyone.

We bought this to replace our last Panasonic set. It was easy to set up and we like the Call Block feature. We also like that is has 5 handsets. We love that the phone will announce when the battery is getting low, however, it does not hold the battery nearly as long as our last set of phones. We are also disappointed that the volume of the speaker phone is not loud enough for us to use it. We wish we had not invested so much money in this phone.
