SECTION MANAGER HAD TO HELP AND WAS NOT THAT PROFICIENT. PHONES ARE TOO QUIET, HARD TO HEAR SOUND. WAS TOLD SPEAKER WOULD HELP, WHEN ON SPEAKER IT SOUNDED LIKE MY OLD PHONE ON REGULAR SOUND. LITTLE DIFFICULT TO SET UP AND UNDERSTAND WORKING KNOWLEDGE.
