Had a similar phone from about 7 years ago and it worked great. This model is cheaply made and after 9 months, one of the AC chargers / adaptors (120v) no longer charges the phones. Now I am in search of another charger; way to go Panasonic - you have cut corners to lower your cost that your product is now cheap. I would have been happy to purchase for additional cost for a better quality product. How do I get a the AC charger replaced?

Missing hearing aid compatibility

Not as good as expected

They don't reach as far away from the receiver as they should. The connection drops in and out even within a few feet away. They don't hold their charge as long as the older ones did and there's the completely annoying "please recharge the batteries" that could be helpful if it were programmed to not do it during certain hours - like in the middle of the night!

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. The maximum distance is 1000 ft line of sight; however, it can be shortened when there are obstacles such as walls, etc. You may benefit of a better range by purchasing the Panasonic Range Extender: KX-TGA407.
