I purchased this set of phones because I expected it to work as well as my previous Panasonic 5 phone set that I've had for many years. The old set just wore out but worked very well with no complaints. I'm having a hard time getting used to this new set because the sound is terrible; it's hard to hear unless you get the phone in just the right spot.

I had Panasonic phones for 10 years and thought the new model would be an upgrade. Instead, the battery power is less and have to charge more frequently, the range is also less. It is also prone to interference and I get " no power to home base" many times. have to call Panasonic as cannot return the product to Best Buy. Best Buy only allows returns within 15 days.

Don' get this set, did not last even a year. Base chargers were lose so phones stopped charging properly as a result phones keep loosing power constantly. I have had panasonic phone sets before and this is the worse set by far. Maybe it was a refurbished set.

Overpriced and not the quality we expected. This item was returned to Best Buy, Mentor. DAC

I prefer silver instead of black. Also I do not see a button for speaker phone.

This phone has the problem of "delay" > When I answer, I often can't hear the person who called and I say Hello? Hello? etc. They can hear me but I can't hear them. Too many delays. Also, the buttons for speaker and flash and end are not user friendly.

I love Panasonic Cordless telephones. This particular system has not been the best.

some one had brought it back so i guess they exchanged a battery. took it back to show them and they tried to give me 4 more non rechargable batteries. the only recourse was to bring the phones back which is what i did. for a nonsale they lost a good customer

One of the 5 handsets was broken. Got conflicting answer from Best Buy and Panasonic vs. who was responsible for replacing it. Took a week! Would not just give me a new handset, so had to reprogram the address book twice.

Unfortunately this product has turned out to be a bust. We purchased in January of 2021. I purchased for my elderly parents so they could have handsets available in whatever room they are in. Issue #1 is the first handset screen went out (blank black screen) just months after purchase. Then two others have now gone out. Both say battery is dead. We've replaced batteries but still says "replace battery". Now we are down to three handsets which buttons are now very spongy. #2 issue is the volume. It says volume is set on 7 which is the highest setting. Yet, the ring and the calls are barely audible. Certainly not what the loudest setting should be producing.

Sound quality is poor. If one of the extensions are unplugged all the phones say low battery, constantly. Would not recommend.

Time to improve the number of calls that can be blocked.

These phones have terrible connection. They constantly drop calls and a message comes up saying “no link” or “place on base for power”. They are just terrible.

This phone is a piece of junk. We bought it last year and it completely broke about 12 months and 2 weeks after we purchased it. We didn't have the extended warranty. We had to buy another because we NEED a land line and we cannot find a different model that has good reviews. And this time, we bought the warranty. Well this one is not working well either. It constantly says power outage and needs to relink itself to work. UGH. I wish there was another option.

Only adequate. Expect no help from Panasonic. Phone has limited range and a Panasonic range extender from Panasonic is NLA. Ended up ordering from Amazon cheaper than Panasonic. Bill Gates could not figure out web page.

I was looking for two main things in the new phone system- clear sound and high sound volume. I bought this system on line from the Best Buy. Installed it yesterday. I was totally disappointed that the sound volume was too low and voice not clear. I chatted with Panasonic support line. He asked me to reset it to line A from line B and retry. There was no change in performance. I am now compelled to return it to Best Buy. It is shame on Panasonic Brand.

Headset beeps every minute when on the base unit. Called Panasonic and had a chat and tried some things they asked me to do. Still beeps. They said return to store must be defective. Has a tinny sound. Have had Panasonic phones for 20 years and this one is terrible. Not pleased at all. Take the headset off the base each morning because I hate the beeping noise. Does not do it when off the base. Can I return for another one????

These phones are not good if you need to take them outside the range is is very close to the base. Not very satisfied with them especially for the price. Plan on purchasing another set.
