Junk after 10 days
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Received as a gift. Followed directions and connected to my phone line. Drops/loses calls when handset is fully charged. People can hear me speaking but I can not hear anything. It is not a connection or static issues. I lose all sound. Very disappointing after only used them about 10 days. Called geek squad and they were not any help.

Very Poor Range
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded my older Panasonic DECT 6.0 phones to this latest model with additional features. Problem - this phone has such a poor range, it will not function at the far end of my home. The old phones function perfectly. So, don't buy this phone system if your home has rooms 50ft or more from the phone's main base.

Posted .Thank you for your valuable feedback. Please keep in mind obstacles such as walls and floors and other environmental factors may decrease the range of the signal. You may benefit from purchasing the Panasonic KX-TGA405B Range Extender for DECT 6.0 Plus Cordless Phone System to increase the signal range from your base to your handset.

Does not work
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After I had this for 2 months 2 of the handsets did not work. One will not link to my cell phone and the other has no dial tone at all. Very irritating that I cannot return this defective cordless phone system. My previous Panasonic system had problems so I guess I am through with Panasonic.

Junk
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Non of the hand pieces will seat correctly in the charging unit. So you get a constant "low battery' warning in the middle lf the night. You need to juggle, push, console them into the charging unit to click into charge mode.

2nd sea of Panasonic phones I have owned
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought new because to replace the batteries in my old set was almost same price. This set is made so much cheaper and the handsets shut off for no reason. I am now looking for batteries for my old set.

Absolute garbage!!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible. Would give it a zero if possible: terrible audio clarity & dismal range. Quickly returned this garbage & bought the VTech LongRange which has been superb.

Terrible battery life
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Battery only provides about 3 hours of talk time before needing to recharge. Call quality is not as good as my previous Panasonic phones. Don't buy.

Panasonic was the way to go for me!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Finally I have a clear signal after suffering with the ATT cordless CLP99857, also with 5 handsets. I've had Panasonic for many years. Then I switched about 10 plus years ago to ATT cordless, which survived til now, being dropped on the floor so many times, too. But people started complaining about not hearing me on speaker, and little by little, the handsets were dying. I figured I'd buy ATT again. BIG MISTAKE. The quality has gone down the tubes, like many things these days. I had a buzz with each depression of the keypad, and some kind of white noise when the other parties spoke. I thought it was my line that went bad suddenly. I have Spectrum service by the way. So, I exchanged the cordless for another ATT. Same issue. That buzzing and white noise and hissing. I said next will be regular corded landline if this continues! Also, the handsets were so disordered. I kept hitting CELL 1 to get a line and CELL 2 to hang up. The buttons are in the wrong spot, and to block a call, it's a process! Ridiculous. Someone needs to go back to the drawing board. I decided to go back to Panasonic, thinking it will probably be the same buzzing white noise issue, with the advent of all the new technology in the air waves. But, heck no! Silence! Easy set up, so well made compared to the other junk, so easy to put on wall now and see everything! A lot of new technology such as hooking up my cell phone, which I didn't do yet. But all in all, the sound is clear, the speakerphone is a little weak but works fine. The menus are very clear. So far, worth the extra money. And PS: Think before purchasing cheaper online because it's not worth it if you have to start exchanging equipment! Hence the reason I always use Best Buy! Never an issue to return or exchange.

Buyer Beware
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Buyer Beware these are terrible phones. The call screening no longer works. To pick up a message requires putting in a pin from ones own phone.,and it didnt used to be like that. It disconnects more often than not when answering the phone. It mores an out of order sound repeatedly after you do answer the phone. I have has the phone for three years now. Previous panasonic phone purchase was great but not the kx tgf 775

I recommended to a friend.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to set and works well with spectrum VOIP. I purchased this also to sync it with my primary cell phone t home using Bluetooth. This feature works great but the audio quality can use some improvement for this feature. These wireless phones don’t seem to cause problems with my homes WiFi.

Quit working a little over a year
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This phone was great until I came home one day and it had no power. I checked all of the connections to no avail. There's only a one year warranty so guess I'm out $139.00. Also, the numbers don't light up, so if you're in the dark, it makes it difficult to see.

This phone is black not silver
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We’re replacing our 18 year old system in silver color and haven’t use the new model yet. Description and box is marked SILVER but phones are black. Original model was easy to use and we created a directory, which seems to require recreating in new system.
