I like the phone system a lot. It would have helped if upfront it had said make sure you have a copy of all of you contacts as you will need to put them in the system. I had a similar system before but the numbers were wearing off. Very glad that you still carry this brand and it works for me.

nice phone, great features and easy to install for a decent price

Sales people were great. Phones were what I wanted . Quality of dial tone and ability to hear is somewhat better than the 30 year old ones had I before (also Panasonic). I would have like better but for the price and having 4 extensions it was ok.

Phones have alot of functions. Numbers are easy to see. Like that it comes with several handsets. Nice that you can individually mute each phone ringers. The only thing that could be better is the voice volume. I wish it could get louder then it does when using it on speaker.

As I retire, safety, mobility, communication, and the optimization of utility become high on my list of priorities. I have been looking for a 5 phone system to meet these needs. This system has exceeded my best expectations. Very happy with the ease of use and range of usage from base unit!

I like the phones for the ease of using them. The only thing I do not like is the batteries go dead really fast. The phones reach a good distance and the clarity of the voice is really good.

Perfect number of phones, clear sound, easy to use

Great phone system. I like the idea there are five handsets included with the set. I have been using Panasonic phones for many years and was surprised to see how many new features are included with this unit.

Old phone finally died. This phone is really nice. Love the feature that it tells you who is calling and you are able to have your cell phone linked to it so you dont have to pick up one of the hand held units

Great to have a land line that also connects to my cell phone by Bluetooth. It takes a bit to understand all the directions but there are lots of features. I would recommend this phone conditionally until I see how the batteries last.

I really like my new cordless phone system. It has the digital answering system with call blocker. It also has the ear jack which enables me to use my headphones when I'm on it for long periods of time.

Seems to be blocking unwanted calls. Have family members that are hearing impaired, that have difficulty hearing on the phone, even with the volume turned fully up. W

Was looking for my old system. This turned out to be an updated version of the system I was replacing. Love the new features on it. The sales person we dealt with was a great help. Totally satisfied with this phone system and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new phone.

We purchased to have more phones in house. Easy to setup, and work as expected. An unexpected feature is a voice that announces the callers. Depending on how you feel about hearing a voice announcing every call this us a good or annoying feature.

First set of 5 phone system had one of the handset charging stations fail to charge the handset. After a very frustrating effort dealing with Panasonic attempting to simply replace the charger Best Buy solved my problem by replacing the entire 5 set package. Panasonic gets 2 stars simply because their customer service is terrible but I do like the phone system when it works the way it’s supposed to. Best Buy gets 5 stars.

This set replaced my old Panasonic set of phones where some of the phones no longer rang or had a working speakerphone option. This set works similarly with more storage capacity than the old set with all the old features including the one that announces the incoming caller. This is especially helpful as many of those callers are announced as SPAM without us needing to get out of the chair. This phone has other new features regarding blocking spam and telemarketing calls, but we have not yet learned how to use all of them. We have no regrets regarding the purchase of these phones.

Previously had 4 phone system, wanted 5 phone flexibility and improvement for call blocking and robocalls blocking. So far so good. Had to recall and list all phone friendly callers in phonebook memory, a small problem to make sure you do not miss normal business and service callers,

This was a Christmas gift for my elderly parents. This phone set is very easy to use with nice big keypad numbers. The sound is great and feels really comfortable in your hand. I highly recommend this phone set for anyone. Loaded with tons of features.

This combo phone package is great if you have a large house or small house. My wife and I are disabled so we went with the 5 pack. We have one in the bedroom, kitchen, living room and the living room downstairs and the laundry room.

Replaced an older Panasonic Cordless phone. This one has many of the features found in my old system, but has added a few more. The call blocking feature is convenient and easy to use, Very satisfied with the over-all operation.
