They pack way too many features into the unit (most of which you do not need). The bottom line is the quality of the connection is no better than your cell phone. Don’t waste your money on this system or the provider fees. MAJORLY disappointing!

This system was more challenging to use. I decided it might not work well for my wife so I returned it for a refund from the Best Buy store with no problem.

This is a waste and it is een too light to be used as paperweight!
