Maybe you need better batteries as they start to get weak the speed slows down. The last thing you want is pulling on hair . Over all it works very well, I’ll have to try better batteries next and test the difference in speed. The reason I bought it is that it’s a good brand , well made and has lots of features, and also got good reviews.

No longer work after a few months
