Beautiful image, the player let’s you fine tune even more with additional hdr settings and luminance adjustments. It costs a bit more , but if you have a good display this is the unit to get.

Great player all around. Second best to a OPPO player in my opinion. Awesome feature set. A second HDMI video output would put it through the roof.

Great 4k UHD picture. Easy to use. I'm not using the built in smart apps. Have tried streaming 24/192 music and the internal dac is good but not as good as dac in my Marantz Pre/Pro.

Overall excellent. One title had audio dropout issues that were resolved by connecting directly to the AV Receiver instead of routing through the TV then to the AVR. All other titles played without issue regardless of connection method. Bought this after returning a Sony unit with consistent freezing issues.

I wanted a 4k player with many features and this one had a good price as well.

IIt actually sounds better than other players. The mechanical funtion of the loading and spin up seems precise and quick. Startup times are quick.

Great features and easy to use. Picture quality is stunning and life-like. Even DVD discs look great on this player.

Very nice unit. Picture quality in HDR and SDR is excellent. Plenty of features and easy to setup. I definitely recommend the Panasonic 820.

Great player paired with my LG c3 oled. Only downsides (minor ones) remote is cumbersome and the player is loud while playing disc. Not a issue for me but may be if you dont have a surround sound or sound bar. Got it online black friday for $349

The picture good enough for videoaholics. Really the best quality for cost. I knock a star off because it occasionally resets when my air conditioner kicks on. It doesnt seem to do it as much or really at all since I updated the firmware but be aware it is sensitive to power noise.

Very good pictures and easy to use. Also great to use on older blu rays.

A must have for all 4k fans and. Must have for all those who own a projector, the HDR pops out with this player. Excellent and does not feel cheap!

An exceptional Blu-Ray player with awesome picture and sound. This player pairs well with my Sony TV, Yamaha Receiver, and Bowers &Wilkins speakers. A must have!

This is reasonably priced UHD disk player with 2xHDMI for audio bypass, if your new TV does not pass through 5.1 sound via optical out to existing HD compatible A/V receiver. Speed of load and menu layouts well done. Worked perfectly out of the box!

Great bluray player, i do wish that the disc tray would be accessible without the plastic door covering it. The appearance of the player could be nicer as well. As far as the internals go it works great, a little slow to load up but not terrible.

Best overall 4K HD blu ray player. Happy that Best Buy still carries products like this. Big box stores discontinued DVD players in all their stores.

This is a very good 4k player much better than my old sony 4k player this player made the movies look better.

Excellent picture especially when in Dolby Vision on my 75in. TCL 8 Series. Had to do set up on player and output of TV. I see more colors than on my LG B7 OLED.

Got this on a great sale based on other reviews. Still in process of upgrading my home theater setup so I’m probably not getting the full benefits of this unit. But so far it is a big improvement from our old blu-ray in reliability and that was the most important thing for my wife. Some of the menus seem a little clunky and could use an aesthetic upgrade, but as long as it works that’s all I really care about.
