    Don’t know if mine was defective or not. But image quality was very fuzzy. My Xbox played the movie better so I returned the player and went back to my Xbox. The fuzziness was there on all other players I tried and in the same spots of the movie, but this player made them look worse.

    TGreat product. But I paid $500 for a new blu ray player and got a beat up probably open box product. It wouldn't bother me on a cheaper product but at $500 o would expect the package to be in good condition.

    Got the Blu-ray 4K player and a great price no problem using it easy to use great sound and picture make sound bar even better sounding and when I went to pick it up no problems the crew was great
