While it doesn't reach the heights of the original Paper Mario or the Thousand Year Door, it's clever and entertaining - definitely the best Paper Mario game in a long time.

Took around 20 hours to finish...has a few twists that are worth playing for. Was appropriate for my 4 and 6 year old to watch me play.

This is a really fun game and easy to play. Does take a while to get started while you learn how to play it. The graphics are great and you can really get lost in collecting confetti! :)

I got this game for my son (age 5), and he loved it. I had to help him with the battle system, and some of the reading that is involved but it was a very fun game that we both enjoyed.

After my play through of Last of Us part 2, i needed something less stressful. I saw the trailer for the new Paper Mario game and knew its exactly what i needed. This game has a beautiful world with lots of colors and charm. The characters are lovable and the writing is clever and comical. Already a few times were i just cracked up laughing. The rpg elements are lacking true, but i already accepted it and treat this more like a adventure game, and its great. Thank the world for Nintendo and their breath of fresh air.

Paper Mario on the Switch is a great game with a fun combat system, unique art style, and witty dialogue. Great for long time Super Mario fans and newcomers to the series !

Amazing Mario game. Easy to pick up, especially if you have experience with Mario games already. Very bright and colorful and a blast to play alone or with kids and family.

Nah this game is fun. Idk why a few reviews were like “for kids 10 and under”. The beginning is easy, but it gets better and better as you go along. It’s cute and I love playing it.

My son and I really enjoy playing this game together. There is a lot of reading so that makes it challenging for young gamers. Overall, it’s a great game and I highly recommend it.

The paper Mario series always delivers a smile to my face. It has elements that are not present on the other Mario titles. This one follows that tradition and it doesn't dissapoint

easy chill game to play. not hard. i really am not a fan of the goombas or other things jumping out at you, which causes a wave battle. which is like playing pokemon. {when you walk and its time for a battle at random} otherwise the game is good.

Full of puzzles as seen in typical Mario games. On of that is turn-based combat which makes it a mixed bag of role-playing and puzzle-solving.

My husband loved this game and couldnt wait for it to come out for switch! He hasnt stopped playing! Ive watched and enjoy this game so much! Its so beat to see mario n paper form

I haven't played it all that much, but so far it seems like a good continuation of the series. The Origami conceit seems like a natural fit for the series and brings with it some fun gameplay. If you're a Paper Mario fan it's definitely worth it.

Bought this game and it's very fun. It brings in its own charm apart from the other paper mario games in the series. Buy this game if you want a fun and wacky adventure with Mario.

This game is equally challenging as it is fun! I love how “current” it is as the characters have really great banter during the story parts that keep you loving it more and more.

If you want a rehash of thousand year door, this is not it. This is it's own game with witty writing, gorgeous visuals and a new battle system. This is not the best Paper Mario game. But it's a very good one and totally worth the journey.

This game has been no stop fun for my 7 year old. I even had some fun playing it. Good times for any Mario fan. Gameplay and graphics are awesome. Would recommend for all ages.

The game was pretty good overall. The only reason this game doesn't get a 5/5 is because the fighting is pretty boring. Exploring the world, solving puzzles, etc is super fun but the battles could definitely have been improved.

I’m not done yet, but the game is super entertaining. I’m not a huge fan of turn based combat feature, but they make it fun.
