I'm a working individual with normal work commitments, its an easy game that progresses smoothly without eating up tons of your free time. The battle system is unique and a fun departure from normal turned based RPG. I wish I could give 4.5 stars because this isn't a game changer, just a fun play through and don't feel it should be knocked down to 4/5.

This game is getting bad reviews but hey it’s a good great gane.

So the story is pretty enjoyable, they have witty dialogue and it's a fun time. However the battle sequences are dreadful. It's cool at the beginning but then you want to avoid the fights as much as possible. It's so repetative and non enjoyable. Of you've played the first 2 paper marios I don't recommend it. If it's your first and only care about the story it's a fun time.

I enjoyed this game. I although it is not as deep as other Mario RPG games, I still had fun with it. If you want this game to be thousand year door, you’re gonna have a bad time. The writing is great, the combat is engaging and I liked the length of the game. It’s not super long, but I don’t have the time to play a 60+ hour game anymore.

I haven't played the first Paper Mario game but I loved TTYD and Super Paper Mario but since then the Paper Mario games lost their charm. Origami King made me love the series again. I told myself that if this one flopped, the Paper Mario series was dead. Nintendo can be proud that they brought the series back from the brink of ruin.

The game consistently entertained me with its writing and music. Although the standard battles may not interest everyone, the boss fights are truly brilliant and stand as a great test of comprehension of the games mechanics. The lack of experience points and a standard level up system will turn of those looking for a traditional turn-based RPG, but take the game for what it is opposed to what it isn’t and you’ll find hours of great gameplay.

I honestly didn't think I would like this game as much as I do, as it's so different from the only ones I've ever played....the original Paper Mario and Thousand Year Door. However, it is now one of my top 5 favorite games! I love the new spin on battles, as I enjoy the challenge of solving puzzles. I would definitely recommend this game!

Well, I played and finished Origami King and I think it’s really good. The environments are colorful and cheery, and the game has some darker points in the story, too. The characters are charming, and when you finish the game, there’s still a lot to do and collect. No matter what skill level you are, you’ll have a blast playing this game.

Really fun game that's expected in The Mario game world

It a very long journey to complete it, so many hours of fun ahead.

Solid nintendo game. Maybe not as good as super paper Mario for the wii but still a lot of fun.

It looks awesome and is really fun to explore. Lots of toads to rescue and secrets to find. The battle system is pretty cool but gets difficult as you progress. There is a battle training area that I recommend if you are consistently messing up the puzzle battles

It's a fun switch game. Not the greatest entry of the paper mario series but it is fun.

Hours of gameplay with this title. Lots of running around the different levels and listening to the hints for where to go to next. Gameplay isn't too difficult, but there are a few levels that challenge you to figure out the puzzle or pattern to continue.

Funny dialogue beautiful graphics and fun game play.

The past two Paper Mario games weren’t really catching me, but this one has got me hooked like The Thousand Year Door did. The story has me on the edge of my seat, Olivia is so funny. There’s some emotional bits too and they’re just so much character to Mario! Would definitely recommend to those who enjoyed Thousand Year Door
