Having a blast so far! I'm halfway through Chapter 3 and I loving the subtle additions to the game and the new music. I haven't played TTYD on Gamecube in several years, but I haven't noticed the frame rate at all.

Absolutely loved the original GameCube version and the switch version does this game so much justice. Great quality of life updates. Amazing graphics and still holds all the charm of the original.

First time playing this and loved it. Not sure what new features were added but a very good title if you want to play a light hearted RPG

As always, no disappointment with this game. If you are a Mario fan (since 1985, when I recived my first Donkey Kong game), I have been steady collecting all US released games). Simply one of the best intended for individuals like me, bravo.

With a plethora of useful updates paper mario ttyd is getting a second chance to make a big splash. Honestly one of the best of the 3 mario rpg franchises this a must have for fans and those that never got their chance to experience the original adventure

Great remake on a game that would be too expensive to buy on it's original console platform. Good story, characters, battle design, it has everything that the modern takes on the paper Mario series lack.

Love the new graphics, new music, and more accurate script changes. Now I can play my childhood game without *other* means besides buying the original to play it. I highly recommend this game to any one, even if they've never played a Paper Mario game before.

Great remaster of an iconic Mario RPG. This game has it all. Great gameplay, surprisingly in depth story with many unique characters, and an enchanting paper aesthetic that continues to charm until the end credits. A game for all ages. Classic Nintendo.

Was my favorite game and the creators stayed pretty true to the original. There are some minor changes that that hardly change what there is to love about this game, and it has the diorama graphics from the more recent installations to the franchise.

Excellent remaster of one of the arguably best Paper Mario entries in the series. Gameplay is smooth and nostalgic, and the story is still as entertaining as it was so long ago. Great way to get newcomers to enjoy Paper Mario TTYD with modern hardware.

The nostalgic feelings are absolutely enhanced by this great remake. The humor and gameplay is toptier! I recommend new and old gamers to try this out as it will take you up an amazing fun road.

My 10 year old never played the older version of this game, but has really been enjoying this remake. I think he will get a lot of gameplay time out of this purchase and am glad i picked it up.

Best Paper Mario game ever! I remember playing this back on the Game Cube and 20 years later it still holds up on the Nintendo Switch. I highly recomend this title for anyone who owns a Switch

Most already know this legendary game so I won’t bore you with details but like Super Mario RPG, this remake is worth a double dip even if you have the original GameCube. Well done Nintendo

This game is one of the most interesting and well written games on the platform! Also the new visuals are absolutely STUNNING. Perfect 10/10 in my opinion amd a must own for any Switch library.

The best Mario RPG finally gets a release on a modern system. It’s a fantastic remake of an great game. I enjoyed all of the quality of life improvements across the board, each partner now having there own theme and the expanded soundtrack.

When the original game came out on GameCube it’s was considered the spiritual successor to the Nintendo 64 game which was honestly a little generic but a good introduction and a good risk….. and if you’ve played the original you’ll be happy to know there are a lot of quality of life improvements….. and if this is your first time playing this game well you’re in for a treat, there are a lot of visual improvements and the frame rate is very smooth….. one particular note though: unlike the original game you will not see many of the original characters that came from the first game…… but I guarantee you you will see a lot of quality…….

This game is a faithful remake of the original with minor quality of life updates that make an excellent game even better! This is an absolute must-buy for anyone who is a fan of the Paper Mario series.

Loved that I had the chance to play this again. I know there are some people that give negative reviews because not everything is the same but that's the point. Regardless I highly recommend getting this game.

Not only is this probably the best of the Paper Mario games, it is one of the best Mario games, period. The wit and charm combined with the addictive story and gameplay make this easily one of the best games on the Switch.
