Best Buy is the worst

Not a fan of the game or Best Buy. I never played the original so I don’t have the nostalgia that everybody else does. It said I could return it and I didn’t even play it so I figured it wasn’t a big deal to return it but Best Buy said I couldn’t. Despite it being on the website and the email that I got. Really poor practices for Best Buy and I can see why they’re going out of business.
