it's, well, a classic. One of the greatest games of all time, remade faithfully

Not only is this probably the best of the Paper Mario games, it is one of the best Mario games, period. The wit and charm combined with the addictive story and gameplay make this easily one of the best games on the Switch.

This game is an absolute maaterpiece. It feels just like the original game just retouched to make it look more modern. The music is wonderful, it looks stunning, and it seems to be more fun this time around. Wonderful 9.5 out of 10.

Loved that I had the chance to play this again. I know there are some people that give negative reviews because not everything is the same but that's the point. Regardless I highly recommend getting this game.

The Thousand Year Door reigns as the greatest Paper Mario game. With the original version for the Gamecube being expensive for a complete version this is a must buy for fans.

Oh Nintendo, Super Mario RPG remake was a quick blast to the past but this one is Lovely. I love the updated music and graphics but my kiddo likes the old school music. Overall just a fin experience to relive 20 years later.

Excellent remaster of an already incredible game! I noticed no performance issues in my play through. The remaster is very close to the original. I noticed few new features or changes aside from the graphical upgrades.

Absolutely love this game, perfectly remade and still holds that charm of a Paper Mario game. 10/10

When the original game came out on GameCube it’s was considered the spiritual successor to the Nintendo 64 game which was honestly a little generic but a good introduction and a good risk….. and if you’ve played the original you’ll be happy to know there are a lot of quality of life improvements….. and if this is your first time playing this game well you’re in for a treat, there are a lot of visual improvements and the frame rate is very smooth….. one particular note though: unlike the original game you will not see many of the original characters that came from the first game…… but I guarantee you you will see a lot of quality…….

this is hands down the best paper mario game made. Its a remaster of the original from the nintendo gamecube version, with enhanced graphics and sounds for the switch. If you are a fan of mario, give this game a go.

First time playing this and loved it. Not sure what new features were added but a very good title if you want to play a light hearted RPG

Loved this game as a kid and the new version is just as good with quality of life improvements as well. Would recommend for people of all ages and longtime Mario fans!
