My first drone malfunctioned immediately. I contacted Parrot support and had to provide pictures, screenshots, and receipt. Was told my claim would be accelerated since this was a new product. I had to call multiple times to get my claim to a technician. After several weeks I finally got Best Buy to replace since I had purchased it there. Weeks later I received a return label by email from Parrot. The new drone has been pretty good but I hope I never have to deal with Partot again. Nice people on the phone but nothing ever got accomplished.

controls are on your phone and you attach it to the skycontroller. The FPV glasses are amazing. Looks like you are the drone.

Really good, use it outside with my son , its a really good purchase.

Not a fan of the quality of the glasses but the rest works well.

Bought for my husband who is usually tech challenged. He has really enjoyed this drone and learned to use in very short time

As above, easy and responsive to controls. Have not used camera capabilities yet, but expect to do so in the very near future.

My wife bought this drone for me. I did fly this drone and it did perform well. I would recommend this drone but for me I had to get a bigger drone with a better camera. That is just me and this drone may make someone else happy but once again I am glad that I traded this drone for a drone I feel is better.

Already had an older Parrot drone. Bought this one for my daughter for her birthday and 1 for myself. Very happy with them.

Bought this on sale as a gift. Works great. Setup takes awhile due to charging of the battery but otherwise everything was great.

Great drone at a great price, had some other drones before but this is by far the coolest thing you can get for your value/fun price ratio.

Great little drone. Has great capacity and easy to use. Lost it over the water unfortunately lol.

I really liked my drone, but then it took off by itself one day and I was unable to control it and it is lost somewhere now. I contacted the company Bebop and they asked a bunch of questions and said they will replace it but I haven't received it yet. I can only hope.

i was expecting this to be bulkier than it really is. not having the folding wings kinda sucks but its an amazing drone.

I this product last month and I find it to be very good in set up and operating. This is very good compared with others.

I have no issues with the product. Must have a new phone.
