Set-up was easy and flying the drone was even easier!

This drone is great. Has very good camera and flys fast!!

The Parrot crashed while it was on the air. I didn't return it because the Best Buy penalty but it was replaced by a new one from Parrot. The new Parrot is working fine.

This product was great at first but I was fooled. Owned the drone for 59 days exactly before experiencing manufactured defects. Anyways the drone flew away on its own. Waste on money. Also Parrot has done nothing but play the run around game after providing detailed information that they asked for during my case.

Easy to use, set up was a none issue. Price was right.

Parrot technical support is horrible. We were in the process of evaluating several drones and because of that I needed some information. Basic information such as the Parrot Bebop 2 compatibility with Chromebooks, Android, Windows and Apple Operating Systems so we could copy and paste the recorded video and pictures out the drone. I also asked if the Bebop 2 will be able to connect to satellites if we take it to Central America since we were considering downloading the Parrot software for a Flight Plan. I was shocked that the person assigned to my ticket could not give a straight answer (I sent the requests on-line to avoid any language challenges). In the mean time I have not opened the Bebop 2 box just in case we decide to return it . Hopefully we will find the right drone for our needs.

Its a good drone but not the greatest need to download an extra app to really be able to use it great. It was hard to download the videos out of the drone.

I was excited to get this drone but became quickly disappointed with charging issues with the SkyController 2. I contacted Parrot customer support who was quick to respond to my inquiry but frustratingly slow in sending me a replacement charger. I still haven’t gotten it after 2 months. Otherwise, it flys great. It is very stable and easy to fly. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for the terrible customer support.

It was hard to control with the vr and if it’s far from you and your not too familiar with the area you could lose it easily

The bebop 2 is wonderful to fly and I love the control features, especially the flight plan. The battery is not good at all. Would not charge at all from the start so I ran what residual charge that was from the factory out. Charged only to 74% for 3 flights then battery completely died and will not charge. There are other drones for less, but with less flight time, but with no battery, well, go buy them.

After the initial charge, we had a great time using the drone but ran into major issues trying to recharge the battery. This issue is documented on the internet where it tells you how to overcome the issue by plugging and unplugging the charger 20 times after the initial light on the charger engages. Unreasonable resolution.

Don’t really recommend it the battery exploded in the sky and they didn’t help me out with any refund poorly made

The parrot was excellent for a few days. One day, it dropped from the air. I asked for warranty for 2 times.

Camera quit working in three weeks. I would have been screwed. Good thing I bought the warranty for a extra $179 but still kind of ridiculous only three weeks. Never really went to fly it just around my house. It never had a hard landing always on the grass. I guess ill have to buy another warranty or ill be out a drone and all my money. As far as flying it was great.

READ THE MANUAL!! That's a MUST! If not, you won't take advantage of its full capabilities and it won't seem as enjoyable.

It is nice and have a good camera but for the price í will said is a little to much but is good for rookies

Didn’t find this drone to be very good. Decent at best, but spend a little bit more and get a good one.

Range isnt that great. good for simple park use!! and camera looks good
