The drone performed well during the first couple months. However, the battery will no longer recharge. Best Buy or Parrot needs to provide a new battery or a refund.

drone tends to drift in hover. rth accuracy poor. flies fine inside but have not had luck outside. googles ok but various modes with goggles didn't work.

Bought this drone for my son for Christmas. IT DOES NOT WORK. We have searched YouTube videos and the company's instructions. Reviews online are bad as well. Wish I had checked into it further before making the purchase. We will also never buy from BEST BUY again either. Their return policy is ridiculous. We had less than 30 days to return it.

Poor range if used just via WIFI, also very susceptible to cross winds -even weak ones. To get the full benefit you need to pay for additional services.

its pretty handy to have for anyone who's starting. Plus battery life was around 15 minutes

Unfortunately, I broke my drone after the first attempt of flying it. For newbies, try a cheaper brand before going for this brand.

I just wanted to give you an amazing account of my Bebop 2 experience. This is a true story and I have video footage to prove it. 6 months ago (August 2017), I was using follow me and I accidentally crashed my drone into a pine tree over 30 meters high. I tried everything to get it down, but it was stuck too high up and too deep in the tree branches. I even called the local fire department and they could not get it down. So I gave up and went home thinking I lost my drone forever. Since August 2017, we had storms from hurricanes, heat waves, snow and all kinds of bad weather that normally would destroy any delicate electronics left outside. I imagined that my drone was probably already rusted from all the abuse from the elements. On January 4, 2018, our town was hit by a massive blizzard with 100km/hr winds. This storm lasted a full day and brought over 1ft of snow. On January 16, 2018, I received a call from someone that they had found a drone on their property. I immediately went to check. It turned out that it was my Bebop 2 that I crashed 6 months ago. They had found it next to the base of the tall pine tree. The drone was in good shape. Not even a single propeller was broken! Yes, there was some wearing of the wires at the bottom, but other than that the drone was perfectly fine. We concluded that the drone must have survived 6 months in the tree and when the blizzard came, the snow weighted down the tree branches and the winds knocked it off the tree into a deep pile of snow on the ground, saving the drone from serious damage. I took the drone home and set it next to a heater for several days to dry it out. Today, January 20, 2018, I took my drone outside for a test flight. I am proud to say that it flies like new! All the camera, video and flight functions work. The drone flies incredibly stable. Even the battery which has been exposed to so much rain and snow lasts for over 20 minutes! Parrot, you have truly set a great example of creating a top quality product for consumers. Keep up the great work and l look forward to your future drones!

Purchase because it said works with iPhone in description. Then on Christmas the instruction book said for iPhone 5 and 6 NOT for models above IPhone 6– really. One has to buy to open box and read instruction book. Then when we took back they wanted to charge a $60! restocking fee which we fought and did not have to pay since I had on loan me description printed.

Still learning but easy to get started flying.Just charge and fly.

The Bluetooth connectivity was not consistent. Difficulty staying connected.

Video Quality is so bad with so much noises and grains. Not even to 1080.

Had problems syncing with my phone the goggles were bulky.

They advertise that this drone works great for real estate photos. I went through over an hour two times with tech support only to end up returning the item. The unit can just not function in the city. I think it is due to all of the traffic on the 2.4 GHZ band that the unit uses.

Wouldn't link to my android and kept loosing connection if it did ever link up.. range says over a mile.....battery won't even last long enough to go 1/4 that distance and be able to make it back to "home"

I have tested the Bebop 2 extensively and I have logged close to a hundred flights. I have owned it for about a year and it is a great little drone. I bought mine when it was $600 and I thought it was a good deal, so at half that price I highly recommend it. Here's a quick Pros and Cons list: PROS -Great stability and fairly quiet in the air -Compact and easy to get in the air -Can be flown slowly in camera mode or fast in sports mode -Good range -Accurate return to home -Decent camera quality CONS -Does not take an SD card and only has 8GB of internal storage -Only films in 1080p at 30fps -No low voltage return to home failsafe -Flight plans and Follow Me features are an additional cost I test lots of drones and I own what I think is one of the best (DJI Phantom 4). I still consider the Parrot Bebop 2 as one of my top favorite drones to fly. As long as you understand what it can and cannot do, you will enjoy it for a long time. After opening the box and putting the drone together, I tried to charge the battery with the charger provided in the box. I tried for two days to get the charger to work to no avail. I returned the drone the following day.

I had flown several times. During these flights this drone fell out of the sky twice with no warning. The first time there was no damage. The second time it fell from twenty feet with damage to props and shafts.

never couldn't take not even a single pic or video, after a month one of the blades broke so I couldn't use, not even more than 5 times since I got it.

The connection issue with this drone is simply ridiculous. It’s every time I take it out to fly. I contacted Parrot for support and I was told how to fix the issue but it’s an issue I have every time.

Went up in the air nicely, disconnect from my phone and the app, then came crashing to the ground where the wings snapped right off. Thankfully I was able to return this lemon product.
