Like the tablet like operation. It takes up less space and has the memory of a full size PC. The screen is ideal for watching movies and using the split screen function. The information pamphlet is very sketchy and hard to read. The online manual is hard to use if you want to follow instructions while on your computer.

There’s a bit to say about this AIO, let’s start with some of the positives. 1) Webcam privacy switch. There is a little plastic slider that blocks and unblocks the webcam. No more worrying about putting tape to cover it in case your webcam gets hacked, it’s simply built into the computer. All manufacturers should do this! 2) Two HDMI’s. There is an HDMI IN, which is great for small rooms/dorms so you can plug a video game system / receiver. Then there is an HDMI OUT in case you want to connect a 2nd monitor onto it. 3) MIRACAST!! If you happen to have a Samsung TV (no more than 3 years old), you likely have the option to screen mirror. With the AIO, you can wirelessly duplicate your screen (or expand your screen) to any TV that does screen mirroring or by using the Microsoft Display Adapter. Just built into the system, and I immediately wirelessly connected it to my TV to try out some of Windows built in games. 4) Bang & Olufsen built-in speakers. B&O are good quality speakers, and this one is also good, for a built in speaker system. Could be louder, but when you Miracast it to your TV, the sound comes out of that audio system anyways. 5) Semi-portable! Since it is just the monitor and power brick, you can easily pick up the computer and set it aside. Try doing that with a regular desktop, it’s not going to be so simple! Now for the downsides: 1) Shipped with Windows 10 build 1703, which is behind and requires about an hour of applying updates. I recommend you do that immediately! 2) 1 TB hard drive with around 860GB useable. This is *plenty* of space, but I’m all about the SSD’s and will soon swap out the drive for a 500GB SSD. Really, an AIO should be sold standard with an SSD to improve performance and keep the weight down. 3) USB ports, you lose one for the wireless keyboard and mouse. This is also one of those things that should be built into the system! 4) The power button is the worst. It’s slightly hard to find (lower left hand corner) and it is not visible, you just kind of have to feel for it. You also have to wait a few seconds to find out if you actually pressed the button, because the way it is built it you *think* you’ve pressed it but you haven’t pressed it hard enough! Luckily, there are plastic little stickers (that were bent upon shipment) that will show you where the power button is, but it was really a poor design. It should be on top, or on the side, any spot that is visible! As for the computer itself, after updating Windows to the current 1803 build with all the updates, the touchscreen works pretty well (unlike another HP AIO touchscreen’s I’ve purchased in the past) and works as a great desktop replacement anywhere.

Can be great computer but also exasperating. Glitches between keyboard, mouse and screen. Nice sized screen and images. Would not purchase again because out of the box problems.

Bought this computer as a second computer for my vacation home. Love the wireless keyboard and mouse. Also love the fact that I don't have a computer tower cluttering my small space. Have only had for less than a month, so no way to tell how this will be should it ever need servicing.

My old computer was not my first choice and after 8 years I had mixed emotions about having to replace it at Christmas time. But I love my new HP. It took me a little while to adjust to windows 10. But now I’m as happy as a clam with this new computer. A good HP product.

HP all in one computer is great. It takes up little space. It has all I need for home computing, wireless keyboard and mouse, I may replace mouse feels lite and cheap compared to my old all in one. I like it so far. Have been using it for a couple weeks.

Bought this for my small home business. Purchased in 2018 its now 2020 and still performing well. Its also nice that it has hdmi input thta i have my playstation plugged into. So great for work and a little relaxing game play.

When I purchased this item I liked it because it was all in one. But two months later, there was a problem and I sent it to HP for repair. I am still using it but don’t like as much at this time.

The look of this computer is great, it has worked out well. Only had a few issues where is has just turned off in the middle of using it. not really sure what that has been about but I just have restarted it and seemed like nothing had happened.

I really enjoy this TV. Watching the game is a outstanding experience. My only concern was that the manual did not address using my current sound system while using the smart feathers of this TV. But a quick tip down YouTube salved that problem.

I wanted the latest updated computer with out all the connections . So on my journey to Best Buy the salesperson was great and found this I just love it. Thanks Best Buy. I would recommended this to anyone

Mouse sticks and videos freeze makes loud audio noise then get message Your Pc ran into a problem needs restart Video scheduler internal error. Spent two and a half hours with HP Help said they can't find problem. Then wanted too turn it over to a tech company and charge me!! Don't want to take to geek squad because they said mother board on old computer was bad and couldn't find the part found Twenty on line for 90.00 dollars or less. Frustrated!!

I am pleased with the apperance of the pc. It is slim and works perfectly in the area i put it in. I am experiencing a little problem getting use to it. I found that a lot or programs the was on my old pc I had to purchase and install
