The reason why I bought computer it was recommended by sales assoc. the computers looks nice but it does have issues. within minutes of turning on computer. screen resolution turns pink without me touching anything I tried to fix it but I didn't work. trying to transfer pictures from external memory super slow... I'm talking like 200 pictures it was taking for ever. I had to return computer and was told it was defective.

Make no mistake, this computer has a sharp screen and does all the basic functions well. If what you do is surf the web, collect photos and send emails, it will do the job. Speed? It's not any faster then comparable computers from five years ago. The outlets are not easy to get to. If you like to hear crisp sounding You Tubes or music, these are the lowest volume sound I've ever heard from built-in speakers.

I got this computer for my daughter who recently got a job working from home. It's worked out perfectly and met all her needs without taking up too much space.

We love the purchase of our new Samsung TV. Great picture and quality. I would defiantly recommend this to someone else for sure. We use our tv strictly for Netflix and Amazon so it works great.

Do not buy! Hard drive crashed a little over a year. Hello all- Bought this product to upgrade our computer and it was noticeably slower when we first bought it than our previous computer but it was a touch screen and my kids liked that. We dealt with slow performance and also it seemed to have some video card issues and was slow in performance there. Then in January of this year it shut down on a video and then wouldn't get into Windows. After a restart it wouldn't even recognize the hard drive. I took it to multiple places to try to get the data. It was over teh year warranty so I had to pay for windows again since they don't come with re-install discs anymore and I had to pay for a new hard drive again. Essentially, I should have known early on. I am likely going to not buy HP products going forward.

This computer has exceeded my expectations. Great space saver with it being all in one. Only negative I have is the speakers aren't as loud as I thought they could be.

The computer keeps resetting which is a bit annoying especially since I hardly use it. I do like the graphics and simplicity

HP has made a very stylish and sleek all in one that delivers a great touch screen display without taking up the room of a conventional desktop or laptop. Pros: -Screen looks fantastic, the colors are bright but balanced. Touch responsiveness is great and accurate. -The keyboard is compact while still offering a number pad. This would be great if you’re placing on a small desk or in a cramped area. -Plenty of I/O. Easily accessible, and on the back are USB type A and HDMI inputs. There is also a MicroSD, headphone jack, and USB type C port under the display. And if you’re still rocking the compact disc, it has a reader/writer for that too. -The design makes this feel more like a fixture or piece of furniture than an AIO computer. It’s elegant but still has purpose. -The speed is snappy, even with the 1TB HDD, it doesn’t seem to “think” too much before opening programs, accessing files, etc. Sound comes through very clear and has a crisp sound to it. Cons: -The keyboard is a bit too small for me. I prefer a larger keyboard and may eventually replace this one. -Although the speakers sound great, they don’t get loud. At max volume it’s at a very comfortable listening level, but isn’t going to rock the house. -There is a monitor button on the bottom right and a power button on the bottom left. Without looking at the bottom, you’ll find yourself turning the screen off and on while expecting the computer to boot. Will take some getting used to. -This is a heavy computer. While this does help with use of the touch screen (don’t want to tap the screen and have it tip over), it can make it difficult to move around if you need to access the back I/O or relocate. Other Thoughts: If you prefer the all in one form factor and are looking for a well rounded PC with plenty of compatibility, this is an excellent buy. You’re not going to break the bank, comes with excellent specs, and the display, speed, and design is up to today’s standards in the PC market.

Love this computer and the features it has to offer. Love the fact you don't have to have anything extra, it's all there with no tower.

We bought this all in one for our front lobby. It looks so good as people walk in. Has everything we need to do business!

I had been looking for a new flat screen for a while, I have never heard of this brand before. The picture picture is great, just like going to the movies!

The all-in-one computer is just what I needed for home use. It's quick to respond as I navigate to different websites and it's a clean, compact look on my desk.

Good computer. I love the touchscreen and having an actual CD drive. Runs a little slower than I would have expected.

The HP all in one is just right for my homr environment. Set up was easy and since I updated my router speed is excellent. wish the DVD Drive was not in back.

Changed back to desktop from laptop. Easier to read and am not leaning over the keyboard. Happy that it has a CD-ROM drive. Had read most all-in-ones did not.

The HP Pavilion 23.8" Touch-Screen All-In-One is a nice general purpose PC. It works well, has a nice size hard drive and looks great in our family room.

Great computer, doesn’t take up a lot of room. Fast and perfect for everyday use. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a decent priced computer.

The first one I bought and took home wouldn’t turn one at all, so I had to make a second trip all the way back to the store and get another one. The customer service was very nice and understanding and did a great job helping me swap it but I think it’s unacceptable that a computer out of the box wouldn’t even turn on

I purchased this All in One several weeks ago and really do enjoy using it. Nice sized touch screen. Easy to read and navigate for a senior.

No usb in the front Bad design, cd tray bad design cheap, you got to watch what you do when you use it, you could break it off very easy.
