My husband bought this and loved it so I bought mine a few months later. I've had nothing but problems. Within the first couple of weeks my screen starting going black sometimes and I have to unplug my pc. Other times I will get black and red dots across the screen. The keyboard and mouse are very poor quality. My husband won't use his. He bought a better quality one (not HP). For me the shift key constantly sticks and the left-click on the mouse broke. I had to switch buttons however now I can't right-click anything. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I would NEVER recommend to this to anyone. If someone is looking for a nice pc for display purposes only this is for you! But if you need a pc that actually does what it's supposed to do keep looking. I've been an HP customer for 15 years and now I'm done. They've lost me as a customer. There are better computers out there.

For a desk top this is great, does not take up a lot of space and has a cd slot

Fast and compact. Great for paperwork and works with most of the printer.

maybe i had too high expectations for this. i bought this as a space-saving workstation for my employee; it does the job but it has some quirks, such as an intermittent non-responsive screen, or just random lockups. it's not user error, because it not being pushed hard - it's just an HP product.
