    Great All In One Setup

I love this all in one setup. I've never done an all in one computer with the monitor built in before. But this leaves my desk super clean and reduces the clutter. The only cord is the power cord. They provided keyboard and mouse are both wireless and also very stylish. Monitor is large, which is great for working with multiple windows open. Performance seems to be pretty strong. Not a strong computer for high end gaming, but it runs more basic games such as League of Legends and Fortnite pretty well. An excellent desktop solution for work, school, and productivity environments.

    Great Looking All In One

I love the 24" screen. It gives me ample space to use the windows 10 feature of splitting the screen in half to work with two programs side by side. The B&O speakers have excellent sound for streaming music or watching videos. It has a blue tooth keyboard and mouse, that connect with the USB receiver provided, and they are very comfortable to use. My one complaint is the start up. It is a long start up because it does not have an SSD drive, which I am used to from my laptop. To get around that, instead of shutting down the PC, I just let it go to sleep and wake it up when ready to use again. The wake up is quite fast and the PC performs well when it comes back on. Overall this is an excellent PC that looks great on your desk for a very nice price point. Please note -- I did receive this item free in exchange for a fair/honest review as part of the Best Buy Tech Insider Network. Everything written above is my honest opinion of the product.

Computer has a classy look and feels good. Operation has been great. Response is fast, and no problems so far. Sound is great. I watch a lot of YouTube and educational videos, so that is important to me.

Very good computer - gets the job done for personal family use, including elementary school age child, and average searching, etc. Space saver and large screen definitely adds a nice touch to this choice. Would have given 5 stars if the keyboard and mouse were available in darker colors (white is the only option and will eventually get dirty).

SO FAR SO GOOD - Screen quality wonderful

PROS: s +Screen quality is lovely and tilts for personalization. +Price good (we bought for $699 on sale) +Non-cluttered look nice, several built in ports, easy start up. CONS: -Control buttons (part of that sleek look) are underneath screen and very hard to maneuver. -The on/off switch is TINY and makes it very challenging to know if you have just turned computer on, or if it is still off. (I can see this breaking within a few months of teen use.) -Best Buy guarentee lasts ONLY TWO WEEKS!?

    Fine except for speaker

Purchased as I needed a basic PC and the price was right on sale. Set up was a breeze and performance has been fine. However, one week into ownership the internal speaker has gone bad. First just a little static occasionally. Now any video or play back starts fine, then deteriorates into a garbled mess. It's within the return period, so I can exchange it for another - but the hassle of uninstalling Office, clearing off anything I put on it, etc. is a pain in the ***. Hoping when I exchange the replacement will be OK and it isn't a global problem with this model. Won't recommend until I know this works.

Have had this a few months now, and am very pleased. Responsive and excellent touch screen. Sound is very decent, and resolution good. The only negative is the included keyboard, which I replaced.

I recently bought this all-in-one because my laptop recently died on me. From all of my research, I decided this is the one for me. The moment you turn it on and set everything up, its ready within 10 minutes. I love it!

    Buyers beware

If you’re thinking of purchasing this model of computer I would change your mind. And quickly. I bought one dec 3rd. Within a few days of unboxing and setting it up the screen would go black while I was busy doing random tasks. Would have to force shutdown and restart. Exchanged once with the Best Buy store I purchased from. The second computer new out of box within a few days was doing the same exact thing. Bestbuys return/exchange period ended so they refused to help me in any way. Sent it in to hp repair center, they replaced the HDD and the ODD and the computer came back with the same black screen issue occurring (after supposedly being repaired) basically this computer has been problems since day one unboxing and it seems like the store and the company that manufactures them could care less if you bought a broken product from them.

No sound, problems within 10 days of purchase

I have a headache. This thing is garbage. Absolutely no sound. Was going to return when a qeek squad memeber had noticed and the bright idea that this was somehow a “programming update glitch”. I insisted if it was a hardware problem to not repair it bc at this point I could still return it. Well I got it back them stating they restarted it several times and that it’s “fine”. It’s not fine, I’m returning it and going back to dell all-in-one. My last dell didn’t even last two years... when that’s the better option? This is a no go, do not waste your time, money and energy. Pure garbage, who cares if it’s “pretty”!!!! Thank goodness I’ve only had it a whole 18 days now.
