This computer looks and sounds amazing. The video quality is excellent. Obviously since there is no subwoofer, the speakers lack bass. But they have clear, crisp mids and highs. The design is really clean but it is actually a bit too clean. There are no easily accessible USB ports on the front or sides other than a Type C port on the bottom which I have no use for at the moment. As someone who uses USB thumb drives on a regular basis between home, work, and school, I really need an easily accessible USB port. Yes, there are some on the back but they are not easy to reach. I could also get a Type C hub but that defeats the purpose of the clean design. The computer itself boots and runs fast for everyday tasks. The wireless keyboard and mouse work great but their receiver plugs into one of the few USB ports on the back. Having HDMI in and out is nice because I can hook the computer up to a TV or I can plug in a video source to the computer and use it as the TV. Another issue is that it only has 8 GB of memory. 4 GB are used just to run Windows and a few browser windows. Doing anything major such as intense PowerPoint presentations will probably slow this thing down. It appears to be designed for a basic user who wants a nice, clean setup for internet browsing, media streaming, email, and things like that. It would work well on the desk of a CEO or a kitchen counter to be able to read recipes, video conference, and stream media. But it is not really an option as the main machine for a power user. I would recommend this to a friend if they had the above needs. But I would not recommend it if they need high performance or many peripherals.

Very good appearance. Very fast. Boots very quickly, no delay. On switch is difficult for my wife to find and operate, could be improved.

We went to Best Buy to just get a cheap computer that can be used for our kids and school, but walked out with the BEST computer (besides Apple brand) in the store. All thanks to the employee's that explained all the specs and details to us about the computer. I would have to be honest and say it was out of our price range, but in the end we realized it was our best choice.
