Can't open DVD compartment

I need to have the dvd area so that I can download the pictures from the discs that I get from the professional photographer for my business.

Great computer for the price

The touch screen is also very responsive. Good sound bar. Handles multiple programs open at once well. Graphics card is good for this type of computer. Love the look. Overall, great computer. Only con - would be more RAM memory but, it has some of the most compared to other All-in-ones.

Nice computer

The Geek Squad set everything up for me and transferred the data from my old computer so it was set to go when I got it; except for me learning how to use it, which took me a few days. :) Now I love it and the price was right from Best Buy
