I have mixed feelings about this purchase. I love the look of it. It's touch screen ! I can move it around my house with ease. The problems are : sometimes the touch doesn't work & I'll end up using the mouse ( I don't know if that's the computer or the site I'm on, but it's annoying), sometimes I'll have to press the power button a FEW times to turn on, & it could be louder. It was too expensive to have any issues !

This is our second HP Computer bought at Best Buy. The first was a Envy 23 and we are very happy with it. When my husband wanted an all in one computer instead of his lap top we decided on the HP all in one. The sales associate was very helpful and the Geek Squad performed the set-up. Works great

only thing I am not pleased with is in msn.com is my 3 puzzles I have played for years are too small now.

I bought this for work. I love the compactness and not having wires running everywhere. I would give it 5 stars except for one glitch I seem to be having with submitting info to HP through the HP Assistance app. No matter what I do it tells me it cannot connect to the server. So it always shows that I have not completed the task. Everything else is working great and I love how very easy it was to set it up and get Tom work.

Our home computer had stopped working and it was really not reparable. We bought this machine instead on a few of the cheaper ones as we didn’t want to outgrow its performance, like our last one, and wanted it to be reliable. This HP fit us beautifully and were very happy with it!

Bought this all in one to replace a laptop that died on me. The best thing about this computer is the clarity of the screen. I was hesitant at first going from a laptop to an all in one since I was giving up mobility. But the larger screen and better speakers makes it all worth it.

I just love my computer and it's style, capabilities!! Men this is the perfect gift for women!!

I've had my all in one HP for a year and 1 month. The computer works great however the keyboard kept malfunctioning. Some of the letters on the bottom row would occasionally not work. I kept having to switch to the on screen keyboard when typing. Very annoying! However the new keyboard works gteat. I saw a lot of complaints about the hp keyboard. The CPU itself has worked great though.
