This computer has two defects that are not recommended. One is that you never know if your computer is on or not. Where you have to push the bottom it is under the computer and you can hardly feel it. Two the computer is way too slow otherwise it is an average computer

This is not actually touch screen. I didn't return it because I dohn't really use touch for the situation I bought this for. I don't know why it says "touch screen." Reliable so far, nonetheless.

I recently purchased this AIO computer and set it up last night (Tue Nov 28) and in the morning the 29th, I repeatedly received error messages when trying to log in to an account. I can't figure it out and can't even log in to any accounts.

Bought June 20th 18. Nothing but trouble, Best Buy sales guy Sold me a cable to transfer everything from old to new. New HP did not recognized cables (waste of MY money). Recently my husband went in to tell them, their high price cables didn''t work . So they sold him a USB 64 GB to do the job. we are returning BOTH back. I'll never buy another computer from Best Buy again Starts slow, on phone with HP tech support for over 40 minutes. Now they tell me the hard drive is no good. sending back for repair.

Good computer, but very delicate. I have a cracked screen that I have to deal with bc it happened a month after in store warranty ran out. Now best advice given was to get a new computer....

This PC is frustration to the n-th degree. Purchased to replace a six-year old laptop. It doesn't begin to compare even with the most basic functions (e.g., Office, Internet browser).

This computer looks great and functions OK but didn’t work well with Windows 10. It took a new SSD drive and several hundred dollars worth of Geek Help to make it work better.

I'm not happy with this PC have update issues have hard time getting wi fi to load properly, slow refresh rate, too many bugs to list just not happy with this all in one

I got no book or any thing to show how it works no one showed how to work with it how to open disc door very unhappy with this won’t be back for any more

I have had this computer about 6 weeks and have had to call Geek Squad support 5 times and they will be at my home tomorrow because now it won’t even turn on. The one time I did get it on the mouse and keyboard would not work at all. This is my second All in One. Really wish I had gone with a different system this time. A lot of money spent for a ton of frustration.

This required extensive set up. It has gone back to Best Buy and has never worked since I bought it Black Friday. I have never had any benefit from the most expensive computer I've owned. Now I am told ther is a software problem that is $150 to fix. It was set up at BB and has never given me use four months later. Would never buy this ! Very sorry!!!

The features on this computer is great however this computer runs slow esp. with the processor.

There are so many outdated software loaded in the PC.

Takes care of all the basic needs for the family. Not the best but works.

Everything is good but I feel the system is slow compared to its configuration.
