Bought this for our desk top. Only thing I don’t like is the white keyboard.

Like the computer, hate the sound quality through the speakers.

I got this for work. Issue with screen freezing. Now we have to restart it

I bought this computer for mostly home office use. I did not need anything too powerful and went with looks over hardware. This computer was extremely slow from the start and crashed if I had multiple programs running (ie Spotify, Firefox, excel). After 10 months of very little use, the computer crashed completely and we had to reboot and reinstall all programs and windows. Luckily the backup feature was able to retain some documents and files, but much was lost. You can buy a much better and reliable computer for a lot less than what we payed. Don’t judge a book (or computer) by its cover.

Being a brand new computer it shouldn't be so slow

should of upgraded shop around can find it cheaper

This is an attractive PC. However the on/off button is very difficult to use. It is small and out of sight. This is my first and last HP PC that I will buy. Very temperamental and slow at times.

Had computer not even a year hard drive went bad. Hp had a warranty and fixed so they say had it back less than a week and hard drive went bad again.

Very disappointed. Bought this all-in-one desktop in June 2018 and now it's dead. When I turn it on, there's 3 long beeps and 4 short ones. GeekSquad said that it may be a motherboard issue and might be an expensive fix. I am disappointed. I maxed out on the specs of this desktop because I really liked the look of it and HP was a trusted brand for me. Not anymore. I can't believe I only got to use this device for 3 years and 3 months.

I bought an HP computer-all in one. Button to turn on and off is under the screen and I cannot reach button. This computer is made very badly if one cannot turn computer on and off. I want to exchange this computer for 2TB and many GB computer immediately. How could HP not put button on front of computer to make it easy. I have to turn computer upside down toreach a very tiny rectangular button. Call for exchange at 561-630-7975 and I need a Geek Squad to move info from this computer to a new one at no charge. Great Disappointment in all in one computer.

We did a brief online research and the HP AIO looked as a good option, however after spending some time setting it up, it started having issues with the UI (will not respond when clicking any icons) and also with the drag and drop function. We called HP Support and after asking when we bough it, they suggested returning it for repair or getting a new one. We returned it and of course bought another brand. We are also very disappointed with Windows 10. We have been using HP and Windows for a few years and never had a similar problem.

When I arrived home to set it up, the touch screen was inoperative. I also purchased the geek squad protection, but they wanted to charge me to re--install a faulty driver.

After setting up unit putting through a test drive so to speak I found that the dvd drive was not working properly contacted HP and spent at least 3 hrs. on the phone only to have them to also confirm the unit was not working. since I was beyond the 14 day return period that I send it back to them . I cannot be with out my computer for 8 to 10 days or more I went out of my way to come to best buy to buy this computer I live in a rural area and had to go Dover Del.

5 years and still running strong. Not one issue ever. It was and is the best purchase I've made for my personal and business life. The touch screen is an added feature. Memory is endless and what it can do is mind blowing. 5 years later i just realized i have a CD ROM drive on it.

I’ve had this computer since 2018. Never had to replace anything on it, it runs fantastically. No issues, really cool features, and it’s touch screen.

Very slow and has been repaired a couple times pretty disappointed in this one

Purchased this computer February 2018, installed in mid to late March solely for school work with very minimal use. As of Halloween of 2019 will no longer turn on. No prior indications of failure just fails to turn on. Will NEVER buy HP again

This desktop is what I wanted but wouldn't turn back on 17days after I bought it. I had to call for technical support. Then there were more issues. Ridiculous!

The All--in-One computer is the way to go. The HP has all I need in a computer and saves me a lot of space and wires which have always been a mess. Still need to learn the touch screen but it is a great feature. The big screen is great for "older" eyes.

For 900$ computer is quite slow, the first keyboard came with no Bluetooth adapter, them they send me another keyboard but in less than a month the new keyboard is no working properly, it keep press the + button
