I have never owned an HP or anything other than an Apple desktop and laptop and I really love this computer. It's pretty easy to use with the exception of the windows software that I need to get a little better with. The design is really pretty and appealing.

Its a pretty quick computer, nice display. It doesnt have a sd slot, only thing that woyld be nice for us.

I really like this all-in-one computer. The screen clarity is excellent, it is way faster than our previous desktop, and set-up was very easy. I ended up buying a different wireless keyboard and mouse because wanted a more substantial keyboard. I didn't really like the white one, it felt somewhat like a laptop keyboard. I think that is a personal preference.

We were looking for a computer that would allow us to surf the web and use Microsoft Office products. The computer has not let us down yet. We love the look of the computer as well as it’s abilities. We used the touch screen at first but have noticed we do use it as much. I highly recommend this computer to those looking for a well designed computer.

My hp is the absolute best. I moved from MAC and do not miss it at all. The pc is fun and very easy to use. The touch screen is awesome!

It replaced a 10 year old HP allin1. The new machine has 12 GB RAM, perfect for when my wife is browsing embroidery designs. There's almost no lag displaying many designs at once. We'd buy it again. We're not going to use the web defender software that came "free". I'll rely on Malwarebytes and Windows Defender as soon as the trial period expires.

We purchased this pc for our church to be able to livestream. It is everything we needed and more. It’s user friendly and efficient.

I bought this computer to replace one of another brand I bought about a year and a half ago. I had not been satisfied. It was probably a deficiency in the model rather than the whole brand. My previous experience with computers has been pretty much HP and this new one is what I expected of HP. I chose to use the Geek Squad to set this up and initially maintain it (my first time to do this) and it has served me well. The computer is responsive and the display is gorgeous. I feel like I’m “home again.”

Needed to purchase a home desktop for my family. Bought the HP pavilion with i3 processor. Quickly realized I wasn’t happy with speed and power. Return system to store and upgraded to i5 with 2 TB memory and 12 ram. Much much much happier. Faster and more reliable. Also wound up catching a pretty good price. Highly recommend.
