Previous to purchasing this HP Pavilion desktop PC two years ago, I'd been using a computer from, like, 2008. Huge difference, of course, but I was surprised at just how awesome it is. Plus, when you buy a computer or printer from HP, buying the warranty right from HP means that if anything goes wrong they will send a new unit out immediately (I think as many times as needed until the warranty expires). ALSO, the Instant Ink program is unbelievable! I've been on the $10/mo plan for at least 3 or 4 years and it's quick and reliable!! I don't know why anyone would ever buy cartridges at a store ever again after seeing what the Instant Ink plan can do. I don't use the touch screen on here too often, unless I'm standing, but it works perfectly.

The size and design of the pc fit well on my computer desk. The system was very easy to set up. Only drawback is location of the USB ports. It’s difficult to use thumb drives.

I'm a big HP fan for my office computers - this newest all in one touch screen is the latest and greatest - huge fan!

If you are looking for a larger screen size, this is the one to buy. Getting it hooked up and running is very easy.

I'm downloading and uploading files and apps very rapidly, and enjoying my favorite movies in the wide screen. I went from my i7 2nd generation Intel processor to the current i5 7th generation and all operations are executed at a great speed. The price was very reasonable and the upgrade has been really worth it

This computer is amazing. From the look of it, having a slider to cover the camera, touchscreen, I am amazed. I use his more than my IMac now. I love the touchscreen option even though I don’t use it as much to avoid the fingerprints all over. The system is also immaculate with all the ways you can multitask.

I have not owned this for very long, but so far I really like the speed, screen picture, and the ease of set up.

The computer itself is excellent. Fast, good memory, great with apps and windows 10. The mouse though, is one of the worst wireless mouse (mice?) that I've ever attempted to work with. It is unresponsive, doesn't do well on flat surface or on a mouse pad, and burns through batteries. If you go with this computer, save yourself a headache and purchase a USB mouse rather than using the mouse it comes with.

So glad on this purchase, very nice to have the wireless keyboard and mouse.. and no tower.. very modern look

Bought for my father-in-law. It was easy to set up but took some time to complete the process. He loves it!

It’s a very nice computer. It’s mostly used for writing papers, so the size of the screen is convenient.

Love, love, love it! The screen is bigger, but over all it takes up less space. Games are much more fun to play now that I don't have to squint. It is a joy to do most anything. Even the new flatter keyboard is a smooth operator.

This computer is awesome for pretty much everything we've thrown at it. I love that you can upgrade the ram to 16gb and the processor to the i7. Unfortunately the video card leaves something to be desired and isn't upgradable, but all in all for the deal we got it for I freaking love it!!!

Powerful, fast, with lots of storage. Included DVD RW drive and security camera! Manages everything I needed with a sleek minimalist appearance. Great for entertainment and work.

The packaging was good and protected the computer well during transit. It was very easy to set up especially by using Cortina. It walks you through the set up. I was able to use it within a few minutes. I am rating it only a 4 because the usb connections are all in the back and difficult to access. I had to go back to Best Buy to purchase a usb hub, which came with only 3 in of cable so it dangles in the air a bit.
