This computer was our first all in one. Previously we had only purchased lap tops. I love that it is a touch screen. Has a large screen and we can put it any where in our house since it has the wifi capabilities! I would recommend this computer to anyone who is looking for that desktop computer with a lap top "feel" to it.

I needed a desktop with a large enough screen for me to do schoolwork on. This computer does a fantastic job fitting all my needs with speed, visibility, and general responsiveness. With this computer I have 2 complaints (all the rest, you can assume is good news). 1- The computer wakes from "sleep" without prompting and I feel this typically happens even after I log off of and shut down Skype (it still "wakes up" when I receive a Skype message). Maybe this is user error but I don't find it to be a problem other than I probably should be shutting it down. 2- VERY POOR placement of USB ports. They are near IMPOSSIBLE to reach and plug in without moving the entire computer. This can be a problem if you're like me and your printer needs to be plugged in because it can't handle wirelessness it should.... and when I have to print from my laptop, it's a struggle. No easy access to the ports. This computer all-in-all makes me happy, has a fantastic display, great sound, and a responsive set of mouse/keyboard. I'm happy with this purchase.

Geek Squad transfered my data and had it ready to use when I picked it up. Purchased it and left it and my laptop with them. It was ready next day. Much faster than my laptop. I have only used it for spread sheets/bill pay/emails so far so have not given it anything complex yet. Very happy for the first month.

The white blizzard finish looks really nice along with its amazing speakers. I watched a movie the other night and it sounded like I was in the theaters. Also the touch screen aspect works really well. Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking for a casual computer to watch movies and do basic things.

My wife and I settled on this computer after researching numerous brands following the failure of our 10 yr old Sony. This HP model had all the features and power we needed and it is fast. It was relatively easy to setup. It’s been a pleasure to use. Additionally, we got a great sale price from Best Buy.

I have no regrets about my purchase of this computer. It’s fast and it looks amazing in my home. Set up was easy and took no time. The touch screen works great and it’s very convenient. Also the fact that everything is wireless makes it easy to keep my desk tidy. I have no issues with this PC!

I purchased an all in one computer over the past weekend. The setup was extremely easy and it follows voice commands. It came with a wireless keyboard that has better quality than other wireless keyboards that can be purchased separately. Overall the computer is running smooth and quick enough.

I bought this as a gift for my mom. She's older & technologically challenged but I was impressed by how easy it was for her to figure out. I love the idea of having the capabilities of a desktop without the bulky tower & all of the extra wires. I was also really impressed by the built in speakers.

Speed good enough, graphics are also very good. screen size makes it very comfortable for work.

Excellent graphics, Easy set up. Absolutely no problems so far (may not sound like much but I had to do 3 returns before I found an all in one that did not die after a week). The only drawback is that the CD drive is on the right and awkward for a leftie to access--something we are used to.

it's been a long time since i bought a computer so when I came in I talk to one of their specialist and he sold one on this one. It's been about 3 months since I had this PC and I love it. Does everything I need it to do and more. Wasn't too pricey and love how it looks clean and elegant.

This all-in-one PC has been working great. It has a DVD slot and USB slots. The USB slots are a little inconvenient because they are placed in the back of the PC. So far I haven't had any trouble with this PC. The only trouble I've had is with the Microsoft updates which are a total pain and quite frankly have been a nightmare.
