So far I’m really liking it, I’m coming from a iMac so it’s been a long time since I had a windows computer as my home computer. I’m not a gamer so I can’t speak on performance with this machine while playing games, but for day to day use emails, web surfing etc I have no complaints.

Good quality picture; easy to use features; good screen size; lightweight and compact

2 months in and this thing is still running 6 or 7 things at the same time very smoothly. My 8GB Lenovo would crash if I tried that. Not this HP. The only I could nitpick is the camera is not the best quality.

I love all in one's anyway and this PC does not disappoint. With the touch screen responsive mouse, Windows 10 becomes a breeze to use. It takes up much less space. Can't say enough concerning my love for this item.

Easy to set up and use. It's very compact and doesn't take up a lot of space.

Wasn't as simple to start up as others experienced; there were a lot of updates I had to install and didn't have working sound for a few days. Now all is fine (or at least I think so). I haven't had a chance to test the system when editing photos in LR and PS, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. Will update my review when I do! the large screen is great, clarity and colors are amazing.

I purchased this computer to replace another HP at my office that I have had for years. I've always had good luck with HP computers. This is my first all in one. I'm considering buying another one to replace my home computer too. Love the design, also very functional.

Awesome computer, easy to set up. Sleek looking and doesn’t take up a lot of space. I even set up my older two monitors to it so now I have when I work from home. Quiet and the picture quality is great.

The screen size really helps as I edit word documents and the touch feature allows me to take my fingers off of the mouse. This allows me to get a bit of stretching done while I edit instead of having my hand and fingers in the same position continuously.

Took a bit to get everything loaded for initial set up & running, but now its great & have no complaints so far. Large touch screen is great & responsive. Easy connectivity to other office equipment.

Spent a great deal of time researching this purchase and found Best Buy employees at two locations very helpful. It is nice to find a type of powerful computer that doesn't need a giant bulky core to sit on the floor, has enormous storage capacity and is very fast.

have been using it for work since Dec 2018. Beautiful and solid computer. Good speakers. Slim keyboard and mouse. Looks light and modern. I have never had any problems with it. It will probably last for a very long time.

This is the second model I get the i7 is working well and the I5 is great for the school projects for the kids but some basic software should be bundle in the the PC even though Best Buy offers MS office bundle at the checkout that's a nice option. How about a kids version with ABC, IREADY well visiting the Microsoft app store is the first option to setup the basic tool. Enjoy

First, I love the color of this desktop. It’s sleek and modern and looks great in the home. Love the slim keyboard and accompanying mouse. Monitor is terrific. So far, operating system is great. Haven’t really tried out the audio but expect that to be fine.

I wanted a lot of storage and good speed, it is everything I got!

So far I really like it. First time with touch screen. Now I would not be without it. I only notice that it is a little hard to turn on and off. The small bar under the screen seems small and is almost flush with the bottom of the monitor.

I have been using this HP-PC for about one month and it works great, the power and the speed is just fine, However I don't like the ergonomics ??? It is so unpractical to put the USB ports on the back and every time I need to plug in my jump drive I need to move and rotate the computer on my desk back and forth ??? Why can't be one of them on the front or on the top. The ON -OFF button is well hidden and literary I need to find it with my finger nail and try several times to turn the computer ON. The same is for the USB -C and SD card slot, impossible to to find it and plug in ... I have been sliding the USB-C cable back and forth and can't get it in until I flip the PC bottom side up ... ??? If you need to copy your files, or images on jump drives or mini drives or from SD card is not that easy to deal with it. Very bad ergonomics for the user. Now I have hanging several extension cables from the back and from under and it looks very bad ..., Otherwise it is a good computer.

This computer replaces a crashed computer. The set up was easy and quick. The speed of this computer is amazing! I didn't realize just how slow my old computer was. I'm very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend this to a friend.

Speed is excellent and it doesn't get bogged down when multiple windows are open. One small drawback - it's a trifle noisy with a constant background hum. No issues loading some very old programs and all the program features work fine.
