This seemed like a great solution for us, as our old computer was giving us problems. It’s a sleek unit that looks nice and seemed to have good specs. Actual use however has been poor. There is very little actually on the unit, but it still will crash and light the blue screen. Spent more time updating all the systems than actually using it. I wish we could still return it. I feel ripped off.

Geek Squad transferred all my programs and files. No headache for me. It was smooth, timely and easy. Product is operating great.

Just bought this all in one. Great display, simple to set up, slim keyboard and mouse - overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

The 1st one had to be returned because of a dead pixel discovered immediately on start up. Best Buy was great and took care of the exchange no questions asked. Overall this is a great computer for your home office

Very good computer for our home office. I really like all of the features so far. The only inconvenience that we have encountered is that the USB connections are hard to use from the front of the computer.

This is a great all-in-one for my families needs. It runs Zoom meets, both hosting and attending, smoothly.

Amazing computer, the graphics are amazing and it's all in one so it takes up less space then the conventional desktop computer.

If the iMac is too expensive, this is a great alternative. We love not having a huge tower anymore. Very sleek and good processor.

love HP computers had one for 8 years now replaced it with this one wasn't sure about windows 10 but adapted very easy love it.

This PC is just over a year old and I only use it for school and internet browsing sporadically. I am at work most of the day and I don’t spend much time here. The computer is slow, freezing a lot, and the speakers do not work. I am in school for web design so I am fairly ok with troubleshooting, but nothing works. I have removed unwanted items, which really aren’t much anyway because I barely use this computer, and nothing has changed. The memory capacity for this computer to run and store is higher than years ago and I was able to store music, tons of music, in an older computer and never had issues. This one doesn’t even have 1 song stores, only images and not many, and everything else is just normal. A few documents here and there but really nothing much. Terrible PC. Will not buy HP again. I have had many HPs throughout the years and each one has a special issue each time, but I have been able to manage with the others. This is by far the worst one.
