Went from Windows 7 to 10. This is my third HP computer. Still learning the differences of Windows 10. The monitor has superb clarity and is a very attractive computer.

I was told this computer would play my Sims 3 game but after you get so far into the game it starts freezing and you must start over. You lose all the progress you have made in the game.

Purchased an open box at a discount because a new one wasn't available on line or in the store. Touch Screen didn't work. Had to return it. Now I see they're on clearance. Does that mean trouble?

Time will tell but I've had this for a month and still can't figure out how to get my printer to work with it. Since I'm not a young person, I would love if it came with an instruction book.

Read many reviews that they had zero problems and the reviews that DID have problems were related to touch screen not working.. Sure enough, brand new out of the box, touch screen doesn’t work and have to return to a store (not near me) that has the same computer in stock. They have no problem bringing the computer to the local store when buying it but not when replacing it.. Nice policy Best Buy.

Bought this desktop less than 3 years ago and motherboard has already went out on it. Other than that it was good.

It lasted a year, then the BIOS crashed and the system became unrecoverable. Still, better than the Lenovo that only lasted 6 months.

This was to have been an open box item of the highest quality. It arrived and the white PC was black with handprints. The power cord was all unraveled and the keyboard and mouse were loose in the box. No instructions or warranty included. Returned for another try, as I want this particular machine and it is only available thru the open box route.

If you can, soend $400 more and get an entry level iMac. This will be my last HP. Sound stopped working within 2 months. Then the color inversion feature stopped working. As a legally blind person, that’s what made the computer usable for me. I’m very unhappy about this. For $900, we should expect more. Best Buy, if you can assist me in figuring out how to get this thing repaired by HP, I’d appreciate it.

I was looking for a new all-in-one computer for working at home, and ended up going with this one for the amount of positive reviews and overall system package. The initial set up couldn't be easier. Windows operates so smoothly, demonstrating the quickest transition between apps and programs. The monitor is gorgeous with a highly responsive touch screen. The wireless keyboard and mouse are both perfect for me and manages to sit at the right height for comfortably typing. (Which I mention because the keyboard doesn't have the adjusting angle tabs.) Integration with my home network was easier than the initial set up. The speakers are crystal clear and are perfect for the music I play in the background -- but if you're looking for bass, I would recommend investing in external speakers.

The Computer works fine. After being an Apple user for the last 10 years. I realize why I switch 10 years ago. Windows 10 sucks

I’m giving a 2-star rating because I was sent a defective computer that someone returned and it came with a “Defective” tag. The box had been re-taped, no instructions, and plastic on monitor not sealed. How can that happen? Customer service replaced it with a new computer and now all is well. I love this computer.

Slow out of the box. Another laggie computer. Expensive for the quality

I loved this computer windows has now failed to execute. Apparently a common problem for windows and often due to a glitch in the hard drive. That being so according to numerous articles online, why has windows not been held accountable?!

Keyboard buttons are to close, keep hitting wrong buttons, Mouse is uncomfortable in your hand, mouse keeps causing the screen to scroll down, when you click the mouse button a lot of times the screen starts to roll by itself, and their is times when you try to click and scroll, it won't work right.

It is ok for basic computer use but quite slow and it freezes a lot.

Returned because it was not more power than my current computer

This is an inexpensive PC that meets the average users needs.

Only had the computer since Black Friday and the speakers don't work. The security camera pictures are not very clear. Never will buy another HP All in one computer again
