So far I like I always use Dell but decided to try HP

The computer is a good computer but its kind of slow.

I purchased this as an open box and was informed that it wasn’t sold but rather someone opened in the store. I unfortunately let it sit and didn’t use it for around a month before I got my doom set up for home office. Right away it crashed and said it needs to be fixed. It attempted to repair itself and worked for a day. Next time I went to use it small pop up window saying there was missing files. There wasn’t any restore software so I tried to use what was built in witch didn’t have any features. After several updates and calls with support I had to purchase the recovery software for 46 dollars and it failed three times I am now stuck with a 900 dollar paper weight .

My error in purchasing a 720 pixel instead of a 1080 pixel tv. There is a big difference and would never make this mistake again. Tried to save money because it is a second TV, bad mistake, should have spent the money for the 1080.

Purchased a tv last night . When I got home I opened it . First thing I noticed Were the feet were missing , then I noticed the screens was broke . When I started packing It back up I realized the remote was missing . There was no Damage to the box so obviously someone had the tv and returned it . I didn’t purchase a open box tv so it really aggravates me To have to pack it back up and return it .. returns should Be inspected before they go Back on the shelves and again I didn’t purchase a open box item. Not very happy since my tv at home broke , so I still don’t have a tv. Also this is not the first time this has happened

Don’t buy. Bad. Hard drive problem less than 2 years

Second exchange and I think I will have to do it again.

After brief usage it crashed and could not be turned back on. We brought it back to the store and they said it was the operating system. We returned the computer and purchased a Lenovo instead.

Poor quality! Did not Purchase extended warranty & did not expect a name like HP to be so resistant to help on new product! Will never buy HP again

Huge monitor, no problem with multitasking, good memory for downloads and videos so far, beautiful resolution. Easy to put together. Batteries are included with purchase for keyboard and mouse, webcam has privacy feature, touchscreen... So awesome! Same day shopping for free and very worth the purchase.

I have to press the power button several times for the pc to turn on. I have the HP All-in-One (12 GB, 2 TB). Has anyone else experienced this? Please help!

The computer stopped working properly after only 11 months. Constant errors ever since. Very disappointed with this product.

The computer turns on with a black screen it do not work how can I return for extended warranty?

I returned all but The cable covers which I haven't used yet. Geek squad could not make the upgrade modifications that I was told they could!

Thought it was a good computer but this runs so slow for music production not satisfied

Don’t get this computer. Right out of the box I had issues. Took it back and got the Lenova all in one.

I really haven't gotten into it good , really need some one from the geek squad to come out and get it set up for me

Computer was powered down and then would not power up again. Completely useless
